Marci Mayes began aMAYESing things and more in January 2007 as a compilation of her many experiences and enjoyments.  Marci graduated from Bob Jones University in 1991 with a B. S.  in Financial Management.  While a student at BJU, Marci developed a love for books by working in the Campus Store for three years to help pay her way through college.  Shortly after graduation, Marci was able to put her business skills to use at Majesty Music.  For seven years Marci was involved in the finances, customer service, shipping, purchasing, and retail store at Majesty Music.  During this time, her love for God-honoring music continued to grow.  Upon the birth of her three children, Marci found herself deeply involved in their Christian education.  Marci had the privilege of homeshooling her children for five years.  During this time, she attended numerous homeschool conferences and workshops.  Marci also taught one year on both the elementary and high school levels for her church's Christian school.  Marci's children are currently attending a Christian school in the greater Houston, Texas area.  Marci is able to substitute teach at the school from time to time.  Marci is now able to devote substantial amount of time to growing her store with the help of her husband and three children.  aMAYESing things and more was born out of Marci's desire to use her talents and experiences to provide Christian schools and families with products that build strong Christian character and textbooks that meet the highest educational standards.  Discover the aMAYESing difference at aMAYESing things and more!
