| Pat Wiles' unique original watercolors are painted on rustic handmade paper created by Chris Rivers. Many breeds of horse, dog, cat, llama, alpaca, goat, exotics, pets and wildlife are represented. The Original Rock Art Ponies
Welcome to the home of the Original "Rock Art Ponies". The ponies were first introduced on ebay in 2001 and have been galloping across ebay weekly since then. Pat has over 40 years of "on the ground" horse knowledge as a trainer, show-woman and riding instructor. She has shown in Halter, English and Western Pleasure and show jumping. It takes this kind of training to represent the essence of horses in their simplest form and yet capture, their many breeds, events, colors and movement. Watch our auctions to see all the ponies.

About the Artist
Pat Wiles is a horsewoman and nationally known professional transparent watercolor artist and children book illustrator. Her paintings have appeared in galleries, exhibitions and juried art festivals throughout the United States including art museums such as the National Arts Club in New York, The Museum of the Great Plains in Oklahoma, and the Gallerie Helof in Paris, France. She is the creator of the popular, original ock Art Ponies. Her hand-painted silk scarves are a new endeavor springing from her watercolor background.
Pat was previously advertising artist or editor for a number of horse magazines including the Florida Horse, Horse Tales, The Quarter Racing Record, and Arena News.
She is the illustrator of the children books onesome the Little Horse, His Mountain Adventureand Isabel Lives a Dream.
She lives and works on her ranch in central Colorado where she is an alpha member of a rescued wolf pack, has two old rescue horses, dogs, cats, chickens and a little Paint show filly that owns her heart. Pat works with and donates art to many different animal rescues.
