All of our items are brand new and ship directly from us to you!
We accept PayPay, and we pride ourselves in shipping the next business day after payment clears for U.S. orders; and within 3 business days for international orders. Chuck is the Shipping Manager and packages each order carefully for safe shipment. Also, we combine shipping on purchases of two or more items to give you the lowest possible price! Annabella's ships to the United States AND internationally.

- Shipping is priced based on weight and location. Shipping combines automatically when you buy two or more items; there is no need to wait for an invoice.
- Payments for U.S. orders received by 8 pm Central will ship the next business day; international orders will ship within 3 business days.
- Please note that all sales are considered final unless an item is not as described. If an item is damaged during shipment, it must be reported to us within 48 hours along with a picture, if possible.
