About Us

We started out in 1997 managing Federal Estate Buyers, a small pawn and estate buying shop located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. During that time we started selling some items on eBay to fill the down time in the shop. By 2001, the owners of the shop decided to devote their energy into something else and that's when we purchased the storefront. An opportunity to lease the store next door to us became available and this became the beginning of our expansion. As we gained experience selling through eBay, we started purchasing brand new musical instruments and supplies for sale. This began our unsurpassed reputation for selling top quality new musical instruments, hard to find replacement parts & supplies at great prices. With the 2 storefronts now combined, it gave us the space we needed to stock not only our estate purchases but also our brand new musical products. We took on additional staff to keep up with the operations of the online music store as well as the daily business of the pawn and estate purchasing customers. By 2006 we realized that the music shop had taken on a colony of its own. So by 2007 Ant Hill Music was born to offer you mounds of top quality brand new musical instruments, hard to find replacement parts, accessories & supplies.
