We are a small company dedicated to selling surplus used and new equipment. We are also a part of the California Recycling Program, and an authorized electronic waste (e-waste) drop-off.
We have been top-rated eBay PowerSellers for more than 13 years.
Our prime objective is to sell items in a fair and truthful manner. We try our best to honestly describe the items we sell. We will never deliberately hide any faults in these items, and our experienced packaging department is careful to make sure your item arrives in the condition as represented in our listings.
Occasionally we make mistakes, but these are honest mistakes. We are only human. As a surplus dealer, we cannot possibly be experts on the myriad items we offer for sale. If you think we have made an error or not described an item accurately, please contact us directly as soon as possible, and we will do our very best to resolve the problem.
When an item is shipped, the buyer will receive an automated email notification, including tracking number. Be sure to check your spam filter/folder, since - in few cases (particularly AOL and Hotmail) these legitimate emails are treated as spam.
We have never received negative feedback from anyone who contacted us about a problem and allowed us the opportunity to fairly resolve it before leaving feedback.
Unfortunately, some people prefer feedback to resolutions, but for the most part, we are successful in solving problems. We cannot try to resolve the issue, unless we know about it.
If you have any questions about an item you see on eBay, please use the "Ask seller a question" link in the auction, and please do this AT LEAST 24 hours before the auction ends. That gives us a chance pull the item from the warehouse and try to answer the question.
We do not have a store and we are not open to the public, however buyers are welcome to make an appointment to inspect high-value items prior to purchase. Buyers are also welcome to pick up any auction items in person, by appointment only, to avoid any packaging and shipping charges.
We are located downtown San Diego, California. We are normally in the warehouse from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time (sometimes later) Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to noon (or later) on Fridays. We do not use an answering service or voicemail, but our calls are usually forwarded to a cell phone when we are out - so, your call will usually be answered.
