It's been over a year and a half since our facility was destroyed by a fire on 12/30/2007. We are back in business, hoping the remaining part of 2009 is busy and prosperous!

We are a small company dedicated to selling surplus used and new equipment. We are a part of the California Recycling Program, and an authorized electronic waste (e-waste) drop-off.
We have been eBay PowerSellers for more than 10 years.
Our prime objective is to sell items on the Internet in a fair and truthful
manner. We do our best to honestly describe the items we sell. We will never deliberately hide any faults in these items, and our experienced packaging department is careful to make sure your item arrives in the condition as represented in our listings.
Occasionally we make mistakes, but these are honest mistakes. As a surplus dealer, we are not experts on any of the myriad items we offer for sale. If you think we have made an error or not described an item accurately, please contact us directly and we will do our very best to resolve the problem.
We have never received negative feedback from anyone who contacted us about a problem and allowed us the opportunity to fairly resolve it before leaving feedback.
Unfortunately, some people prefer feedback to resolutions, but for the most part, we are successful in solving problems. *Recent feedbacks are a clear example of this.
If you have any questions about an item you see on eBay, please use the "Ask seller a question" link in the auction, at least 24 hours before the auction ends. That gives us a chance to forward the inquiry to the individual who described the item, so they can pull the item from the warehouse and try to answer the question.
We do not have a store and we are not open to the public, however you are welcome to inspect high-value items prior to purchase, and you may pick up any auction items in person to avoid any packaging and shipping charges.
We are located in downtown San Diego, California. Our normal hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 AM to NOON on Fridays.
