• Contact Ahead for any shipping outside of the Lower 48 States unless specified in the Auction! We currently allow some shipping to Canada, South America (Brazil) and to some European destinations. Email ahead for quotes. You will pay actual shipping and a small handling fee (normally $1-3 handling). You can check your actual shipping from the US at USPS.com using the combined weight of your order. Most orders under 4lbs can easily ship to these destinations. Most orders over 4lbs cannot.

We also supply Ebay customers with superior customer service. This is not a "sold as-is" service - we will provide customer service always! You can trust that you'll get the same service as a local store! That is very rare in an auction community! We provide lifetime warranty assistance (for as long as your warranty lasts). This includes contacting and supplying manufacturing contacts. We take items back at our warehouse for up to 30 days after purchase. Customers may be responsible for return shipping. Most companies disappear six months after you buy something. We have been warehousing pet products for fifteen years!
