    SHIPPING & other POLICIES
    Please read the item descriptions, invoice emails, & other related information carefully before agreeing to buy from us.
    We ship Monday through Friday only. Weekends are family time.
    We answer emails as quickly as we can, but often technical questions may require more time than shipping or availability type of questions.
    We do NOT offer refunds on chemicals, nor do we offer credits,or ship for free (unless noted on auction or item descriptions), or re-ship for free due to mis-shipments caused by circumstances beyond our control (out of date shipping addresses for example) or refund due to damages beyond our control. Please read our other polices listed below as well.
    As you visit the store, take a look through all the categories and see what we carry. Email me if you see a product you need, but want more or less.
    If you are looking for lye (caustic soda or caustic potash) currently we only sell it locally. Please don't email about those unless you live in the Little Rock Arkansas area, and have a business address.

    Our normal ship time to get orders out is within 5-7 days. unless something is either out of stock, or is a custom blend.

    SHIPPING:

  • We DO ship internationally. However Keep this in mind, the USPS website advertises that GLOBAL PRIORITY to many countries, incuding Canada takes only a week to 10 days. USPS also suggests they track packages using GLOBAL PRIORITY. This has NOTbeen our experience. Packages we have shipped take nearly a month even to Canada and we have NEVER been able to get shipping information from their website, phone numbers or anyone. They are very uncooperative in answering these discrepancies and we can not spend a lot of time calling. We will always be glad to fax you our receipt, or give you the "tracking number," for you to call them about your package. But please do not harass us about packages that do not arrive or arrive late, as the shipping is OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
  • If you do not update your account info in Ebay & /or Paypal addresses, and all other shipping information- and we ship to the wrong address, based on incorrect information, we do NOT re-ship for free.

    • Please see item information for freight charges. In most cases we charge just $11.00 if it will fit in the USPS FLAT RATE BOXES! We can usually ship about 12 to 13 pounds of many powders and "dry" items in them usually. We sell a few bulky items that will of course take up more space and not fit.
    We require that you do NOT cancel orders when we can not get everything in the Flat Rate and have to charge more. According to USPS policies the boxes have to maintain their shape. We have to pack items properly. We will not ship additional items for an amount that will not cover the shipping. See individual auctions &  items for more detailed information.
    If you buy items that will not fit in a Flat Rate Box (the best deal for the $) we will combine shipping to save you money. For the best deal, other than the Flat Rate Box, wait to pay, email us to combine, and we will combine shipping and send you an invoice.

    PACKAGING: We try to ship items out in the packaging described in the item descriptions. However we do reserve the right to change packaging as needed due to packaging being depleted.  We will always ship your purchases in appropriate packaging. Give us a call or email us if you did not like the way we packaged or shipped your order. We like to learn from our mistakes before being given negative feedback.
