An Astrologer for 52 years, I started studying Astrology in 1956 at age 13. I made thousands of charts for everyone I met, but then started studying the timing of events. My father was a gambler, and I noted when he won and lost. The timed studies went beyond gambling to stubbing toes, spilling a drink, indigestion, headaches and more. I developed the PC Gambling/Astrology Program, "It's All In The Timing" which does more than any other Astrology program on the market today for correcting a chart and zooming in on gambling wintimes TO-THE-MINUTE.
Other than on the cruises, I no longer makes wincharts for anyone, unless I find I have time and sometimes advertise them on eBay. There is barely enough time to find my own wintimes. Because I developed the program does not mean I can win bigger or better than anyone else. Small wintimes come often, but I must wait for the big ones just the same as anyone else must wait. Otherwise I would be winning millions a year. I don't abuse the system. I play pennies, nickels and quarters like most people, hardly ever starting with more than $5 to $20 a day, and then when the wintimes come, I go up to quarters or dollars. I am a web designer, a convention promoter and metaphysical publisher.

The Wintimes Program is a three-in-one program developed by me. It is defaulted for gambling but may be used as a regular Astrology program with less of the fancy features, but more of the important features no other program offers, and it may be used for Horary Astrology. I no longer sell the program, but I use it on the cruises to find wintimes for our group. Anyone going on the cruises may use the program to make their own and family future wintimes charts and graphs.
Just think of how much farther Al Gore, Bill Gates and Donald Trump would be if they had this program!
