| Hi - I like old stuff. Mostly old stuff no one else wants, which is good for me!
I collect so much crap . . . starting with good ol' bakelite. But unlike most, I have shyed away from bakelite jewelry because of some of the insane prices. My real love is in bakelite household items - bowls, vases, boxes, smoking items . . . pretty much anything. I am also a knitting fiend, so bakelite and vintage knitting items are highly sought after in Mandyland. And - being a nurse - I also collect vintage and antique (and bakelite) medical items, weirder the better. Then there's the antique Catholic stuff . . . the last rites sets, the priest vestment . . .and the mid-century vintage clothes . . . WWII homefront items . . . good googamooga . . .

| All of this is much to my husband's dismay . . . but thank God he's understanding. I mean, imagine if your wife brought home and early 1900s wheelchair and stuck it in your dining room . . .
In addition to buying, I have sold my fair share of items on eBay, so I certainly understand the plight of the eBay seller. I am a prompt, usually PayPal payer, and am very proud of my feedback rating. 100% ain't bad, fellas. When I bid, I bid to buy - not to waste anyone's time. |
