If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with this product, we will gladly issue a full refund of the purchase price less total shipping charges. Total shipping charges may include expedited shipping and shipping outside of the 48 continental United States. Buyers returning orders that received free shipping will be refunded the purchase price less shipping charges incurred by the seller. See listing for specific details.

All product must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs can be obtained by emailing AutoHeadphones@yahoo.com. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned items.

To submit a warranty claim, contact AH by e-mail (AutoHeadphones@yahoo.com) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). Return the Product freight prepaid in protective packaging and include proof of purchase & warranty coverage (e.g., dated sales invoice), specification and discovery date of defect(s), the RMA, and your return shipping address and email address. Upon AH’s test and examination, if a defect is found that is covered under this warranty AH will ship a replacement Product to you, freight prepaid.

If no defect covered by this warranty is found (“Non-Defective Returned Product”), AH will notify you at the email address provided to arrange payment for return freight. In no event shall AH be required to store or ship a Non-Defective Returned Product following thirty (30) days of non-response from you after such notice. AH is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments, mail, and e-mail.

We ship to the 50 United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Your order will ship same day when payment is received by 2:30pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday.* A shipping notification will be sent to your email address as soon as the item(s) leave our warehouse.

Free shipping in this listing is for standard orders to the 48 continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes between one and six business days, depending on the distance from the East Coast to the final destination.

UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are also available at additional cost to customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico**, or those customers who would like to receive their orders sooner.

We now offer USPS Priority Mail International in addition to UPS Standard to our customers in Canada.**

There is no need to purchase insurance on orders of $100 or less, as you are automatically covered by UPS. If your order is more than $100 and you would like insurance, please contact us for rates.

All shipping methods exclude weekend and holiday delivery (i.e. Next Day Air items shipped on Friday will be delivered the following business day). Please note that UPS can only ship to a physical address. Therefore, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.*
