We promise and guarantee that our descriptions are 100%
accurate and as comprehensive as we can make them. Despite our vast
experience, we concede that there are some items we are unfamiliar with, or have
limited knowledge of.
If you tell us in detail with specifics (by the numbers,
just like the Military) we will comply.
We will not be held responsible for Typographical Errors,
misprints, and misinterpretation of images and photos featured on the site and
on our eBay auctions
On Military Variations:
The photos we show on this site and on eBay may not
always be the specific item that we are selling, as there are many variations
and generics, even in original issued items. There are many items that we
carry that have so many variations, similar numbers, even ones that look alike,
but there can be some differences. For these reasons, we ask that
customers please be very specific with their inquiries and orders, and that when
specific items are desired customers should specify every detail and possibly
talk to us in person.
Photograph and Imagery disclaimer:
Generally, our photos and images are used to indicate
identification of type, model, etc. They are not accurate for colors, size,
condition of the item(s), or other related quality issues. In some cases
an image or photograph indicates a generic depiction of different items that
may be similar or the same.
(i.e. An A-4 Flight Suit of WWII vintage may have
legitimate different color labels and print, and various types of materials and
colors as well as fastening designs like zippers, buttons, snaps, etc., Woolen
cloth, various knits of various fabrics such as cotton, etc.)
We are very proud of our descriptions which we consider the
most comprehensive and accurate that there are.
Our photos are truly are our very best efforts. It is
impossible to photograph every one of our 100,000's of our items and the
individual variations of each item. We frankly fee that we treat the
public exactly as we would treat ourselves.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:
We will accept Returns/Exchanges/Refunds only by prior
authorization, and where
we are at fault. We are not perfect, but we make very few mistakes.
We are always available for
further information if you desire it. Again, there are many variations in
these items, and we can not be held responsible for look alike and similar
items. Model Numbers and Type Numbers can at times be very inaccurate, labels
are not always considered to be the actual size or item in question (i.e. We measure a shirt
by the neck, chest, stomach, and the sleeves from the center of the back of the
collar to the bottom of the sleeve.). Please be very specific with
item inquiries!
