We are awcoins. Our mission is to provide a superior, accurately graded and described product at great auction prices. We sell almost exclusively on "e'Bay" and through our eBay store. Want lists are welcome and filled when coins become available. Prices are tied to past auctions and "Krause" and other numismatic related price guides. We sometimes have US coins and always have foreign and once in a blue moon we have a token or two and maybe some bullion related items. My coins come to me on a random basis and I do not know what will be showing up next. So bookmark my auction site and check frequently because you could be suprised to find that elusive coin tomorrow. We do cater to collectors that do not care for paragraphs full of fluff and hipe.  We will let you know what the item is and a start price.  Sometimes we add humor and sometimes you may not get it but that is OK, we do it for us. If an item is less than 5$ it might dispaly only one picture. A picture is worth a thousand words so we have said enough.  We are not hiding anything just trying to save a little on listings fees and we will most probably not honor a request for a flip side picture. We feel our P/H fees are reasonable and we post them in every listing.  We combine some, but not all, lots.  If our P/H rates do not meet your collecting needs then please do not bid.  eBay keeps raising our selling fees & our paypal fees, USPS just changed their rates (up of course) and package types (more up) but we try to stay reasonable and still make a buck or two.  Hey, you can shop in your fuzzy slippers and jammies 24/7 and that has to be worth something.  Please do not send me an email asking that I close an auction and sell directly to you. (especially at a price far less than a coin is worth).  Believe it or not we do know our market and what we are selling is most probably worth.

Collector who lost out for $1.00
I sell coins at minor coin shows in the midwest when not tending to eBay. There was a collector who required a coin I had in stock for his world type set. The coin was not expensive by the catalog but I knew the coin was far less common that indicated in the "catalog". This gentleman told me he had been searching for that coin at both big and little coin shows for many years. I was asking $12.00 for the coin ( very reasonable for the coin). I was offered $10.00 and refused but countered with $11.00 and the customer walked. Two years later he stopped by my table at another show and inquired about the same coin. (it had sold long ago). Moral: If you need it and want it and been looking for it for years a buck should not get in your way. Folks don't get tied to "book" prices, especially "Krause". Most times you are going to get coins for less than the "book" price. Infrequently you may have to pay a little more because someone else really wants the coin as much as or more than you. Supply and demand apply just like the futures market. "Krause" is an excellent reference book but more and more countries have their own "Red Books" and all show prices much higher than Mr. Krause.

Yes we do have one.  We allow best offer submissions on many items and we expect our customers to understand that we are not your wholesaler.  Low ball (I call them Stupid) offers will be declined and our comment to you will be less than polite.  Additional stupid offers will result in your being blocked from my auctions and e Bay store until the end of days.  We are time critical and wasting our time with an offer that won't even cover listing/selling fees with result in our mocking you in the item text until the item closes.  Some store items and our comments last years !!!
