1. We do not accept
returns for size or color problems. We give detailed measurements and
provide instructions in the auction and/or on this page on how to judge the fit
and are always available to help via email or telephone. When we
photograph, the lighting on the garment sometimes make the color appear slightly
different than in actuality (sometimes brighter or in a different shade).
We do our best to describe items. PLEASE! If you are buying based on
color, write to us to confirm the color shades, brightness, etc. We
absolutely do not accept returns for color problems! Additionally, in some
instances, the dying process may give a garment what appears to be an
"irregularity;" however, the garment is SUPPOSED to be this way and is in no way
considered a defect. We'll indicate this in auctions/stores for these
types of garments.
2. Returns are gladly accepted
for items that are flawed or if there has been a mistake on our part. If
it is an error on your part, please do not ask us to return the item. We
will replace the defective item, whenever possible and if not possible, you will
get a credit or refund, depending upon the situation. However, you still
must obtain authorization and the tags must remain intact.
3. You MUST obtain prior
authorization by emailing and explaining your situation immediately upon receipt
of your item. NO RETURNS will be accepted without prior authorization,
regardless of the reason. Packages will be returned as "refused" without
the authorization. Use common sense. As with other online businesses
you shop with, you don't get an exchange or refund until we've received the
returned merchandise. Just because you say you mailed it back to us,
doesn't mean we've received it. For you protection, return the item to us
via USPS with delivery confirmation.
4. Shipping charges and
eBay's listing and final value fees are non-refundable. If you paid via
Paypal, the seller's fees are also non-refundable.
5. VERY IMPORTANT!
Return authorization must be requested within three days of receipt of the item
(or seven days from our shipping date).
The item must then be returned to us
within a week of your receipt. We have a time limit for how long we can
return defective items to our manufacturer and if you hold onto it too long, we
will refuse the package.
FINAL NOTE: The
item must be in the same condition as it was received. These items come
from a clean, non-smoking environment. Please don't return an item
smelling of smoke or perfume or with make-up or pet hair.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped "Global Express Guarantee" shipping with delivery
confirmation. (Minimum shipping cost is $29.75). Absolutely no
exceptions! We will combine shipping with the exception of items marked
"sale," or "clearance" which will individually incur the $5.00 handling charge
per item in addition to the base handling charge. In cases where items are
marked "sale" or "clearance" and are bid in auction beyond our cost, we will
waive these charges at our discretion. Remember, sale items are marked
substantially BELOW our cost and the handling fee is used to cover the
substantial processing costs we incur.

Customers with whom we have done five (5) or more transactions, may not be
subject to this policy and may pay with Paypal and receive Standard Airmail (4-7
day) rates. Write for details).
Auction Pictures
The size of the
garment on the mannequin may appear smaller due to our hanging technique or
pinning the item back so it doesn't fall off. Unfortunately, the mannequin
industry things a size 8 is the size we all are. NOT! Remember,
because there are detailed measurements given for each garment on every listing,
please go by the numbers. Have questions? Write to us and ask away!
We find that the color that is more
difficult to describe is shades of WHITE! So if this is important to you,
please write to us. If you are going to accessorize, do so after you have
your primary garment. We do our best to be as accurate as possible, but we
have found that no matter how hard we try - there is always someone who is going
to disagree and make an issue out of color.
We often buy more than one piece/size
of any particular style. We don't photograph every single item separately,
but one to represent all of them (like in the catalogs). Therefore,
sometimes embroidery placements, floral patterns, etc. may vary slightly from
item to item. If you want to be sure, write to us and ASK about
decoration placement or any detail that you want to be sure about. Thanks!

Yes, our lay-a-way plan is for
special people like you! If you have an excellent feedback rating and
would like to put an item on lay-a-way,
email us and we
will be happy to work with you under the following conditions:
A. All payments are
non-refundable.
B. Keep your payment
arrangements. We let you set the time frame and simply require that you
follow your promise to pay. We believe in your honor.
C. Pay off your purchase within
45 days. If final payment is not received by the 60th day after your
initial deposit has been received, you forfeit ALL payments and rights to
the item.
D. We are reasonable women and
understand particular financial situations arise that are out of our control.
If you aren't able to make your payment in the time stipulated, let us know!
