obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to display on the
outside of the shipping carton which will help process of your return
accurately and expediently. Please include a copy of the original sales
receipt/ invoice with your return and write us explicit instructions indicating
whether you want a refund, or an exchange for an alternative item, color,
and/or size.
Returned items must be unused and in original
condition with original shoe box, for a complete refund (excluding shipping
charges).
If you received Free Shipping promotion at
time of purchase, please note that we will deduct actual shipping costs from
your refund in case of a return.
When you receive your order, check items for
fit and accuracy. Please take care not to scuff or damage them. We cannot
accept returns with visible wear & tear. In case the returned item shows
signs of visible wear & tear of any kind, a 20% restocking fee will be
applied to your account.

we have the desired item(s) in stock. Re-shipping charges will be applied in
