International Shipping
International addresses take 2-5 weeks for delivery (depends on your Country and how long it takes them to process that package, customs etc...) includes shipping label number. Note: Online Tracking is not available for International packages unless you upgrade to Global Express Guaranteed shipping, contact us for a quote.
Insurance is required $2.20 per item. For international orders PLEASE keep in mind we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items via the mail service. Insurance for this reason is required.
International Buyers are responsible for any Import duties, taxes and charges. These are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

REFUND POLICY
First of all I hope that we never have to issue a refund. I hope that everyone who makes a purchase from us is satisfied with their merchandise.Secondly, a great deal of effort is spent providing honest, accurate and detailed descriptions and photo(s) of the merchandise being auctioned. It is our goal to provide the necessary information so that every buyer will know exactly what is being auctioned in each and every one of our auctions.
IMPORTANT!
As a BUYER YOU need to take the time to read the auctions description carefully and review all the details and photo(s). YOU the BUYER need to know exactly what you are bidding for. YOU the BUYER are responsible for what YOU buy, NOT the seller.
With that said, NOW READ our refund policy.
We offer a 14 day NO HASSLE Money Back Guarantee. Your final auction sell price is refundable (minus shipping and insurance costs are non refundable).
You are entitled to the refund in the event that we ship the wrong merchandise.
You are entitled to the refund if your merchandise was lost, stolen or damaged during shipping AND you purchased insurance.
ALL OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH MAY OCCUR ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Refunds are allowed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise based on the United States Postal Service Mail posted delivery date and time.
During these 14 days the Buyer must contact us via eBay email for instructions. If no contact is made by the Buyer within the 14 days from delivery of the merchandise, the merchandise CANNOT be returned for a refund.
All merchandise must be returned in the exact same condition as received: unused, with tags in tact.
At the expense of the Buyer, the merchandise must be shipped USPS Mail. The Buyer must email the Delivery Confirmation Number to us for tracking purposes.
Any merchandise that is altered or damaged after the winning buyer has accepted delivery is disqualified for a refund.
Any merchandise returned with any disregard to these refund conditions will result in the merchandise being returned to the shippers return address and NO refund will be issued. At which time the merchandise is disqualified from any further consideration of a refund.
FEEDBACK POLICY AND INFO
Positive feedback is very important to our success! We know that a positive feedback represents a happy customer and it also says that we did our job right! It is our goal to maintain 100% positive feedback so we work very hard providing the best merchandise and service that we possibly can.
We know that the feedback you receive as a buyer is just as important. Sellers are more willing to sell to a buyer with lots of positive feedback. We hope that the buyer will extend the same courtesy and post a positive feedback for us for providing quality merchandise with fast, honest, professional service and we will be sure to do the same!
We always provide detailed descriptions and pictures of the merchandise being auctioned. We try to provide enough information about the merchandise so that you know exactly what it is being offered in our auctions. We try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and photos of the merchandise and we guarantee our descriptions and photos to be as accurate as possible.
Nothing is perfect so we know that sometimes problems do occur. We are always ready and willing to work out any problems that might happen with any transaction. We always try to work things out to avoid negative feedback. Nobody wants a negative feedback, so if you feel that there is a problem, contact us first.
