Detailed instructions for payment will be provided
to winning buyers through an automated notification email provided
at the end of each auction. The following is a list of more specific
payment instructions:

Payment must be made within 7 regular days after auction has closed.
- We accept PayPal / Money Order / Cashier's Cheque payments only.
- Personal Cheque's are not accepted and will be returned upon
receipt.
- Only payments in US or Canadian Currency will be accepted.
Once your payment has been received, our automated
email system will email you to confirm receipt of payment. Buyers
paying through PayPal will receive an automated email notice to
confirm receipt of payment within 24 hours once the payment has
cleared. If this email is not received within 24 hours and upon
checking both eBay and the associated email account, please contact
us to confirm whether or not your payment has been received. For
customers paying via Money Order, please allow up to 7-14 business
days for your payment to be received. You may also contact us
to follow up on your payment status if you wish.
UNPAID ITEMS By placing the
bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase
the item and agree with all terms and conditions as outlined in
this auction page. We will pursue our available options given
to us per eBay's user agreement in the event that payment is not
received within 7 days, unless prior arrangements have been made.
If in the case of an accidental purchase, buyers are required
to notify us within 24 hours after the end of the auction. We
charge a 5% restocking fee (US$2.00 minimum) based on the final
winning bid of the auction for the re-posting fees for the listing.
UNPAID ITEM PROCEDURE If a complete payment for your purchase
has not been received within 7 regular days, we reserve the right
to submit an Unpaid Item Report to eBay.
This simply advises eBay that the payment for your purchase has
not been received. By winning the auction, the buyer acknowledges
that the seller has reserved the right to take any legal action
necessary if a complete payment for the purchase is not received.

TRACKING INFORMATION We provide all our customers with a
tracking number for their purchase once the shipment has been
processed. We only process shipments through UPS
! We do not offer any shipping arrangements. Once assigned the
tracking number , please allow up to 2-5 business days prior to
tracking the shipment. In some cases, the tracking information
is active within 24 hours of receiving the tracking number via
email, however, if the tracking number is received on either Friday,
Saturday, or Sunday, please allow up to 2-5 business days from
the following Monday in order to track your shipment. UPS usually
require up to 7-10 regular business days in order to deliver the
package once the tracking information is available through the
UPS system.
SHIPPING INSURANCE & HANDLING

BID amount for your purchase (not the total amount including Shipping,
Handling and Insurance charges). Sales tax does not apply to items
shipped to the US. Brokerage fees are collected by UPS upon delivery

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS GST Sales Tax will be charged for all purchases

D.O.A. PRODUCT POLICY All electrical units sold on eBay are covered
by our D.O.A. (Dead-on-Arrival) policy. Our manufacturers ensure
that all units are tested and are in working order.If
an item arrives and malfunctions, it is the buyer's responsibility
to contact us by phone or e-mail and notify us within 7 days of
receiving the product.The
buyer must contact us to report any missing parts and accessories
received with the package within 24 hours of delivery.
Only reports submitted within the stated time frames will be reviewed,
otherwise, the D.O.A. guarantee expires. When submitting a D.O.A.
report, please include the tracking number assigned for the shipment,
eBay item number, and additional details to be reviewed. Upon
review of the report, we will then communicate with the buyer
to determine the appropriate action. After the stated time frames
upon receiving the shipment and no report is received, we assume
that the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase and all

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY Damaged product claims will need to be reported
within 48 hours upon receipt of the shipment (or as noted within
the UPS delivery tracking system) . When submitting a damaged
product report, please include the tracking number assigned for
the shipment, eBay item number, pictures for proof of damages,
and any other additional details to be reviewed. Also, contact
and notify the shipping company to ensure that they are aware
that damages were noted on the item received. Upon review of the
report, we will then communicate with the buyer to determine the
appropriate action. We require up to 5 business days in order
to review damaged reports. No damaged reports received after 48
hours from the delivery date reflected by the tracking information
will be taken into consideration. We will assume that the buyer
is fully satisfied with their purchase and all completed sales
are final.
RETURN POLICY All products listed on eBay are sold AS IS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and returns are not accepted unless reported
as DOA or Damaged and must qualify under the terms of the DOA
Product Policy and/or Damaged Goods Policy. Such cases and reports
will be thoroughly reviewed. Only exact item replacement, or refunds
will be issued.
FAILED SHIPPING POLICY Buyers are provided with the tracking information
for their shipment upon successful processing, and will be held
accountable for ensuring receipt of their purchase. Buyers may
communicate with UPS support directly for the status of their
shipment. In cases of unsuccessful delivery as noted by the shipping
service, we recommend that the buyer notify the shipping service
promptly and request for a shipping re-attempt. In certain cases,
and UPS do offer to re-ship the package for free. However, if
UPS requires that shipping be repaid, the buyer will be required
to resubmit a complete payment for the Shipping costs only (not
insurance) before we process reshipment. In cases where a 'Free

purchase is returned, fixed shipping costs will be taken directly
from an auction (where fixed shipping costs are noted) for the
exact same item. Buyers do have the option of canceling the purchase,
however will only qualify for a refund for the Final Winning Bid

for any accident or injuries that may occur for any reason (including
manufacturer's default) during use of the purchased goods. Carefully

SALES TAX The following Sales Tax applies to the total

in our inventory are Brand New and come new in their retail box
unless otherwise advertised through the listing.
How can you guarantee that the product

come directly from our manufacturers brand new and sealed in a
box. Any damages incurred may be a result due to shipping . QA
testing for the products are performed directly by the manufacturers

Why are the shipping costs in US and
Canada the same? Shouldn't shipping be cheaper if I'm in Canada? Due to the shipping process within Canada,
shipping costs are quite higher locally, however please keep in
mind that the costs cover handling, packaging, labor and other
regulative costs. As a Canadian buyer, you're not subject to duty
costs and charges, however taxes may apply.
Do you ship Internationally? Shipping is only available within US or Canada
at this time. We're looking at the possibility of offering shipping
worldwide in the near future. We do not ship to PO BOX, HI, PR,

Do you offer shipping services other
than UPS ? Can I select my own shipping service? No. We only ship through UPS. At this time,
we don't process shipping through other methods. However, we're
looking at the possibility of shipping through other methods in
the future.
Do you offer a combined shipping cost
if I purchase more than 1 item from you? Yes, we do offer a shipping discount for any
additional item purchased after the first unless otherwise stated
in the listing. To qualify for the combined shipping discount,
please contact us for a combined invoice and both items will need
to be shipped to the same address. If you require further clarification
on multiple purchases, please contact us.
How long does it take for items to
arrive? The time taken for shipments to arrive varies
between 3 - 9 business days depending on your location. We ship
items as soon as the payment for the item has successfully cleared.
In cases where checks or money orders are sent for purchases,
