Payment

- All orders paid for by PayPal E-check will require an additional 1-4 business days for E-check to clear.
- Product(s) will be shipped after received fully payment.
Shipping
- Please allow 2 days for preparation after the payment is cleared.
- Airmail shipment takes 7-14 working days to worldwide.
- Every parcel will be packed securely before sent out, We will not refund on damaged items during shipment.
- Customers need to take responsibility of taxes and duties.
Return and Refund
- Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. There will be no grace period, no trial buys and no tests buys.
- Insurance is recommended, we are not responsible for uninsured product(s) lost or damage during shipment, you can request insurance for shipping at additional cost.
- Buyer should inspect the product(s) upon receive of the package, if you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us within 3 days.
- If you find the product(s) is defective, we would offer exchange of the same product(s), buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Defective product(s) must be returned within 14 days from the day of report for exchange.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, no exceptions.
