What is the "5 Star" experience?
Item as Described: I strive to completely describe the item you wish to purchase. I list all the flaws my eyes can see or my fingers can feel so you will know what you are getting. I also take many photos so that you can "see" what you are buying from as many angles as possible. I am happy to answer any questions about the item before you make the decision to buy.

Communication: I check my email throughout the day. Did I answer your question in a timely manner? Did you receive a professional and accurate answer to your questions? Did I let you know when I shipped your item?

Shipping Time: I strive to within with a day of your payment. If you pay before 10am, I ship the same day! All items are packed securely to ensure a safe trip through the postal system. I pride myself on packing a safe and secure package as I have been in your footsteps as a buyer on eBay myself. Most times I give you the choice of how you would like your items shipped. I ship domestic and internationally. Please keep in mind that delivery time of course depends on the post office but I'll do my part in getting your package to them right away.

Shipping & Handling Charges: Your shipping charges depend on the weight and size of the package of your item. I give you several options of shipping rates. I add $1.00 handling charge to each package to cover my packing expenses. If you feel the shipping calculator on the listing is not accurate, just ask and I'll check it out for you. International buyers should request a shipping rate.
