our products must be shipped by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Currently, we do not ship
internationally.

Item will be shipped within 2 business days via FedEx Ground upon receipt of
certified funds. The Shipping cost listed is for the contiguous 48 United States
only and is not refundable. We do not ship to APO, FPO, P.O. BOX or Non US
address. Tracking numbers will be sent by the shipping UPS or FEDEX.

We only ship to a confirmed address which has to be shown in PayPal's
transaction if you pay us through PayPal by using a credit card. If the shipping
address is different from the billing address, please contact your credit card
company to add the shipping address as the second address and pay us through
PayPal by using the shipping address. If you have any problem regarding to this
issue, please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to help you.

Please carefully check up the package and product before the freight carrier
leaves. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight
carrier. If any cartons or parts are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on
the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the freight carrier has
left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect
the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the
freight carrier if it hasn't been noted on the freight bill.
Purchasers will be responsible for
shipping costs associated with damaged part replacements.

If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, please e-mail us for
instructions with in 3 days after you received it. Do not return Items to us
without receiving instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to
manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No
packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly
on the box. You will pay for shipping the defect product to Us.

The manufacture and us are not
responsible for damages incurred because of improper assembly. For the safety
reason, the manufacture and us are not able to provide any assistance with
assembly or any help with the instruction manual. Most of the major parts have
been pre-assembled before shipping out. If you really don't know how to assemble
it, I strongly recommend you to contact your local bicycle shop for assembly
assistance.

The manufacturer's warranty:
A. Sixty-days against
frame failure.
B. Thirty-days against
parts failure. The manufacturer will replace any parts fails during
warranty period. The both way shipping fees will
not be covered
by the warranty.
C. Unless otherwise
provided, the sole remedy
under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the
replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value
at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. You will be responsible
for labor and
shipping costs
associated with warranty replacements.

not covered by warranty after the sale:
A. Any scratches or
dents to frame or any part.
B. Rips in seat material.
C. Flat tires.
D. Missing nuts or bolts.
E. Gear or brake adjustment.
F. Any alteration made or
aftermarket part installed on bike by customer.
G. Wear and tear to bike, tires
or components.
H. Damage as a result
of any bike accident.
I. The manufacturer
does not warranty frames, forks or parts damaged from use, misuse,
crashing, racing, jumping, stunt riding, improper maintenance,
neglect etc.
