 Hi, my name is Debbie from upstate New York in a small town just 20 minutes north of the capital of Albany. I would like to thank you for looking at my auctions. I do my best to have a nice variety of items for sale. I stand behind all my products. I do my best to describe every item with accurate descriptions. I have a full service bicycle store and if you don't see what your looking for on my auctions, just let me know and I will do my best to find you the item that you need. More then likely, I will have it right in stock. This is my business and I take pride and care in what my customers need and want. SHIPPING INFORMATION

 I would like to express that I try to be as fair as possible with the shipping cost. I usually charge a fixed shipping price. I have found that my buyers appreciate knowing up front what the shipping will be instead of having to e-mail me for a shipping quote and waiting for a reply. So I try to have all my shipping a fixed price. Since I live on the East Coast, sometimes I make out on shipping and other times, it costs me additional in shipping then what I charge. I try to be as fair as possible. Keep in mind that there is also the expense of packaging tape, peanuts, bubble wrap and other misc. expenses. If you purchase more then one item from me, I will give you the reduced combined shipping price. You will save money on shipping when you win more then one of my auctions, as long as the items can be shipped in the same box. I do round the shipping off to make it easier. Usually when I ship regular mail, the price is slightly higher due to having to purchase padded envelopes. If the package weights over 2 lbs. it will be shipped via Fedex in the lower 48 states. If you are the winning bidder and are from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico and the package weighs 1 lb or more, please e-mail me for your shipping quote. Due to the new USPS price changes, anything over 1 lb is charged by zones. I can not ship via Fedex to a post office box, so I will need a street address. I usually ship all my orders within 24 hours of the funds being received, Monday through Friday. My mail doesn't arrive until late in the day, so all orders will be send out the next business day Monday through Friday. Please make sure if your paying by money order or cashiers check that you include the auction number and your e-mail. I have so many orders waiting to be shipped that when I don't know what your money order is for it slows down the shipping. I will e-mail you to confirm shipping and acknowledge payment. Please e-mail me before bidding if you have any questions about shipping prices

SHIPPING OPTIONS

 I can ship several different ways. If the auction states that the shipping is going to be shipped a certain way and you would like to upgrade the shipping, downgrade the shipping or change the method of shipping, please e-mail me and let me know your preference. I will check the shipping price and update your total with your new shipping preference.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 I usually ship to the United States Only. If you are from outside of the U.S. and would like to bid on one of my auctions, please e-mail me to notify me. Shipping charges will be different from my auction description. For purchases outside the U.S. I request that I receive a money order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds if possible. My bank charges me a fee to cash a money order drawn on a bank outside the U.S. I also accept payment through paypal!

INSURANCE OPTION

 If your item is being shipped via USPS, insurance is not included with the shipping price. Insurance is optional but suggested. It is the option for the buyer to add insurance to your package for an addtional fee. Insurance is $1.30 for up to $50.00 of insurance, $2.20 for up to $100.00 of insurance and additional $1.00 for each $100.00 of insurance after that. If you have any questions about the insurance, please let me know. I can not be responsible for lost merchandise that has been shipped and not insured. I keep all shipping receipts for my records and will furnish them upon request. If the auction states that the item will be shipped via Fedex in the mainland lower 48 states, insurance is included.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

 Please note: I accept money orders, cashiers checks, credit cards and paypal. I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. I had a problem in the past accepting personal checks and decided that it's not worth the hassle. If you don't know anything about paypal, it's really the easiest way to go. Look into it.

Then once I receive your return in the same condition and in it's original undamaged packaging, I will refund your purchase price less the shipping. If I misrepresented an item, please e-mail me and upon receiving the item back in the same condition and in it's original undamaged packaging, I will give a FULL refund including the shipping price.
