PayPal policies

This seems to come up a lot, so I'm trying to help out people.

NO CREDIT CARDS for PAYPAL

PayPal charges SELLERS extra on all future transactions if they ever accept a credit card into a PayPal account. For this reason, I cannot accept credit cards for payment of auctions at david@kabal.org

According to eBay, the state of California prohibits me from charging a surcharge equal to the credit card fee of if I do decide to accept credit cards.

How much does PayPal charge?

For example, if an item is $10.00 including S&H, I would receive, whether or not the payment was a credit card, only $9.40 into my bank account. In order to receive the right amount, I would have to receive the amount + $0.30 x 1.03 (in the example, $10.30 x 1.03 = $10.61 to receive $10.00 into my PayPal account).

So, do you accept credit cards for PayPal

Short answer, no.

Sorry, I do not accept credit cards for PayPal.

I use david@kabal.org for cash payments, and paypal@kabal.org for non-cash payments
