As a reverse logistics provider, our merchandise changes almost daily, so please bookmark our site and visit often to view our specials. If you are a manufacturer, supplier, retailer, or need our help in managing your reverse supply chain, please contact us as we are always looking for new products to offer both our wholesale and retail customers.
Warranties
As a third partly reverse supply chain specialist, some of our merchandise is after market. Therefore, some manufacturer warranties may not be honored. We have made arrangements with Square Trade to offer warranties on many of our items. Please click the Warranty Available Button in the listings to learn more. Also, please refer to our Return Policies on each item to learn more.
What is a Third Party Reverse Supply Chain Specialist?
Some people refer to this market as liquidators, closeout kings, or surplus buyers. However, this market has evolved as retailers and suppliers have improved their information systems. The result is that we are able to offer surplus, shelf pulls, overstock, customer returns - new or unused, and refurbished merchandise at the lowest prices available to our customers.
New Merchandise
This category is merchandise that is factory overstock, shelf pulls from retailers, or online surplus.
Refurbished
Similar to new merchandise, very frequently returned to the manufacturer and brought back to original factory specifications.
Customer Returns - New
What happens to an item that is returned? Most retailers do not have the ability to scan the item back into their forward supply chain, so it ends up at a reverse supply chain specialist. Most of this merchandise has never been opened and is in perfect condition.
Customer Returns - Unused/Carton Damage
Same as above, the only difference is that very frequently the unit just suffered some sort of carton damage. We inspect the contents of all units to make sure they have all of their parts and will repackage where necessary.
Salvage
This merchandise has been determined to be used or could potentially be defective. This is a great place to pick-up merchandise that can be fixed if you are mechanically inclined or have the time to order replacement parts from the manufacturer. You can find great deals in our Bargain Basement section, however, all sales are final.
