My employer is ITSxx Corp, a small company specialized in creating database for the job-shop industry. My hobby list includes Computer and Consumer's Electronics , Soccer (FC Barcelona and Brazil's loyal-til-death fan), and of course giving eBay buyers good deals...:))

•      Here we are, on the amazing eBay planet where buyers can find great products at 20%-80% lower than retail price but still maintaining good quality. The only things that might hold you back are likely to be SELLER's CREDIT and SHIPPING TIME. That's why I create this page to assure you about the qualities that I will provide on my way of setting up an eBay business.

•     Ebay is such a fabulous E-commerce environment, where you can find almost anything that you could think of. The only drawback is buyers just don't know who sellers are. Will sellers keep their promise ? Well, we only deal based on my credit. That's why I always try my best to maintain a high credit score and a reliable customer response. I always answer any question about my listings and solve any issue occurred after the items are sold ASAP. It's my devotion to keep my customers happy and satisfied about what they buy. Simply because I am a buyer, I know what a buyer needs and requires from sellers.

•     Another thing that might put eBay at a disadvantage against major retail stores is immediate availability, or shipping time if you buy online. This gap is shrinking considerably. For me, I always try to ship within 2 days after the payment is made. Delivery within CA usually  takes 2-3 days and 5-7 days out-of-state. The winners of my auctions will always be provided with a tracking # as soon as the item(s) is shipped. So, you can rest assured that I will do all I can to bring you my quality products in a timely manner.

•     At present, I'm basically selling Brand name consumer electronics like Sony, Sandisk, Samsung.. but in the near future, you may check back for Brand name fashion clothes and Cell phones.
