business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding
holidays. When calculating delivery times, do not include the day

Return Authorization Form
(required for all returns and exchanges)

exchanges must be completed with in 30 days of original shipping
date. All items must be NEW, UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL BOX AND
PACKAGING. |

returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a completed Softball
360 Return Authorization Form and Authorization Number, you may

understand that some items do not fit correctly the first time,
therefore, Softball 360 will exchange any products purchased from
