My husband James and I were trained in 1999 at Hallelujah Acres to be Health Ministers. Even though we had been in a healthy food lifestyle for years, we wanted to come up to another level of health. More RAW FOOD was one of the keys that we learned and also how important it is to be vegetarian in this age of such horrible things being put into our meats. To have optimum nutrition, juicing is vital. (If you'll click on the "Genesis 1:29" page you can find out more on this). We don't take supplements but lean more towards whole raw foods, herbs and organic type health food. We have many reports of cancer and sickness disipating when the Hallelujah Diet, (or Genesis 1:29 Diet) is adhered to.
I came from a past of uncontrollable eating habits; topping out at a weight of 270 pounds and will gladly share my success story with you.
