If you are not satisfied, for any reason at all, you can return your item within 20 days of the close of sale for a refund of your bid/purchase amount minus a restock/refund fee. When a buyer changes their mind and returns an item, we have to absorb the cost of taking in a piece that is now opened and by law must be considered used and obviously not worth as much as it was unopened. Since we work on such a slim profit margin to keep the prices low, this would either put us out of business or force us to increase our prices to our other customers. I do not feel it is fair to make other customers pay for this cost, thus we have a restock/refund fee. The restock/refund fee is calculated by taking 20% of the bid/purchase amount and rounding it to the nearest penny. - Any item returned for refund must be received complete and in the same condition it was shipped. This means including all original packaging materials, all paperwork and manuals, accessories and hardware, etc. If anything is missing, the cost of replacement will be deducted from the refund. Replacement costs generally run from $4 to $25 per item. Something like a missing manual would be around $5 and a missing wiring harness or remote would run around $20 depending on the manufacturer.
