1. When
are you going to leave feedback?
A. We only leave feedback for buyers who leave feedback first
NOW. We were tired of leaving feedback and not getting any back so now its
up to our buyers to leave us feedback. WE leave positive feedback for all
buyers who leave us positive feedback, but also be aware, if you do leave a
negative feedback - U may get one also. We have our phone number in every
email when with tracking info, and on every package we send. Saying did not
respond to email and leaving a negative will most definitely be responded
with a negative reply. WE HAVE PH# to talk to you about your concerns, or
problems; emails are not a useful means to communicate between two people to
resolve an issue or answer a question. We do not have our phone number
listed on every auction because it slows down the other buyers receiving
their orders. Do not call us to ask for tracking. Read your email.
2. I
received an item damaged, what do I do?
A. If item was damaged during shipment., which is the case
when opening up for first time, please call us, and we will give you
instructions on how to solve the problem. Dont worry, we are not drop
shippers, we have own shipping warehouse so we can fix this situation
quickly.
3. Why
don't you reply to my emails?
A. Check your registered ebay account., not paypal email
address. Many people are looking for emails from their paypal account, we do
not email tracking or respond to questions to these email accounts. WE only
answer, respond, and send tracking info to your registered ebay account. To
change your ebay email address, please go into your account and update your
email. thank you
4. What
is shipping Method? How do you ship? What is cost of shipping?
A. We ship UPS, USPS, AIRMAIL INTERNATIONAL, FEDex and DHL.
We do ship many items and handling costs and fees are calculated into each
item. Shipping does not reflect just the cost of the stamp. It reflects,
cost to handle package, cost to pack, store, and other expenses like fees,
and physical cost of box, added together. To ship an item with tracking and
care is not a simple job. Keep in mind, for those who have ordered concert
tickets online, they usually cost 12.00 to arrive. That's called a
processing fee - as is our products. Shipping =
Shipping+Processing+Handling+Cost of package.
5. What
is your refund policy?
A. Our refund policy is simple. If the item has never been
opened and customer changes mind we refund item minus shipping and 10% to
restock once returned and received by us. We do not accept returns that have
been opened, damaged or installed incorrectly. We are not responsible for
amateur installations that go wrong, or people who have temper tantrums
during a hack job. We bench test all returned items, and find if item really
is a DOA or not. DOAs are replaced. Our company does not sell used or
refurbished items, so receiving a non working item is extremely rare. But if
this does happen, please call us. It is a simple matter to remedy.
6. Shipping Combination -
A. Ebay does not have a smart enough shopping cart. So our
ebay prices are lowered . Please keep in mind, when there is an order with
multiple items we upgrade the shipping status and also generally upgrade the
shipping service. Our priority is to get your items to you in a safe, and
professional manner. We have a website that is fully functional with
shipping discounts on multiple items.

forth when a simple 2 min. phone call can resolve 100% of any concern?

- Shipping/Handling: New Rules:
- 1.) When sending payments thru paypal, please make
sure your mailing address is correct and updated. We receive a lot of
mail returned back as undeliverable as addressed, or forward address not
known. This is costing us too much time, and our other customers who
know where they live, delayed delivery times.
- 2.) So new rules as of 7/14/07.
- (any package) that comes back undeliverable
as addressed, forward not known, or No Such Address - (NSA) will now
be the buyers responsibility to re-pay full shipping and handling
charges.
- If payment is not made we will not re-ship. If
there is a claim or dispute we will immediately file as a non paying
bidder on ebay and leaving a negative feedback.
- There is no excuse for not knowing about a change
of address or ebay/paypal account being outdated.
- We protect buyers from fraudulent credit card
transactions and do not ship to unconfirmed address.
- We do make exceptions of course.. but just one.
- (#1 exception) If we made a typo, obviously we
will reship for free.
- Simple Tips:
- Please leave us as much information as possible when making a
payment.
- We want you to get your items fast and in a safe manner, remember
it all begins with your information
- We provide a phone number for all problem and trouble shooting -
in our outgoing emails.
- Leaving negative feedback saying did not reply to emails will
most likely be responded with a negative
- Also, please leave ph# with payments. - It really makes
reaching you easier.
- We have tried sending emails to get better information, but as
mentioned earlier, emails just don't work for some situations
