What is Cashco1000
Welcome to Cashco1000,Inc. We are a Home Decor & Gift Retailer located in the suburbs of Northwest Atlanta. In business now for over 9 years, we have served thousands of customers not only locally, but across the country as well.
As a result of our successful transition into internet marketing, our company was featured in several media articles. Over the years, you may have seen us in Fortune Magazine, Lifetime Magazine for Women, Entreprenuer Magazine, Time-Out New York magazine, ON magazine, the SuperSeller on-line Newsletter, American Cowboy magazine, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Newspaper and a story by WTOC news in Savannah, Ga.
We specialize in Home decor & Gifts and among our most popular themes are Western/Cowboy, Flamingos, Frogs, Apples, Tropical Fish, The Great Outdoors Lodge Motif, and Grapes. We are constantly adding new and different items/themes so please check with us frequently. We have done the hard work of putting together all the items in the same place so all you have to do is decide what would go best with your needs. We have also recently added several popular toy lines to our offerings to even add more convienence for our customers shopping for their children and grandchildren.
Our customer service lines are open Monday through Friday (9:30 am to 2:30 pm est) so please be sure to get your questions in EARLY if an item is closing during a weekend. Payments
We gladly accept PayPal (American Express only available through PayPal), MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Our credit card payment & PayPal can (must) be accessed easily by going through our checkout system or you may call our customer service department for assistance.
We do business in a timely manner and expect the buyers and sellers we deal with to do the same. Payment should be completed within 3 business days of the purchase. Timely payment is YOUR responsibility.
Shipping, Handling and Package Protection
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable in the event of an optional return. You are NOT quoted EXACT POSTAGE so please note the stated shipping/handling/package protection quote on the item listing page. Our checkout system will combine your shipping for multiple wins or store item orders.
All shipping/handling/package protection charges are clearly stated on each listing and are NOT negotiable. This will protect you as a buyer and us as a seller from a potentially negative sales experience if a package were to become lost or damaged during shipping.
Sorry, we do NOT allow local pickups of merchandise sold on Ebay.
We include PACKAGE PROTECTION with all shipping and handling charges. Our Package protection shipping protects both us as the seller and you as the buyer from a potentially negative experience if a package is lost or damaged. Package protection means that Cashco1000 will either replace (depending on availability) or refund your payment in the event that your package is lost or damaged DURING SHIPPING.
Since the US Postal service does not consider a package lost until it has not been delivered after 4 weeks from the date shipped, please allow ample time for your package to arrive. If your package has not arrived within 2 to 3 weeks, please notify our customer service department. With Cashco1000, a package is considered lost if it has not arrived within 4 weeks of the date it was shipped and at that time, a replacement will be issued. A refund is made if the replacement item is not available. If a package has been shown as delivered to your home and is then damaged or stolen AFTER delivery, Cashco1000 is not responsible for the loss. Please contact as soon as possible if there is any delivery issue. There will be a tracking number for ALL items shipped.
We as the seller choose the method/carrier to best get your item from us to you. We quote all our shipping rates in advance. Please be prepared to provide us with a physical address location in the event that your package is over 2 pounds because we may ship it via FedEx ground service or UPS and they do NOT ship to PO Boxes. It is always a good idea to provide both in the event that you do have a PO Box to prevent any delays in shipping while we try to find the correct shipping information.
We do NOT Sell our customer lists or use the email addresses or phone numbers for junk mail/telemarketing. They are just there so that we may contact you in case we have a question about your order.
Feedback
We always leave positive feedback for positive transactions and our feedback system is automated and will post after the buyer leaves positive feedback once they have recieved their item. We take feedback very seriously and will try to work out all problems via email. PLEASE give us the opportunity to correct an issue BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback. PLEASE NOTE, If you don't pay for your item within 3 business days after the listing has ended, we have the right to sell the item to another buyer, file non-paying bidder reports, file final value fee credits through Ebay which will leave a strike on your Ebay account.
Your Responsibility as Our Buyer
All of our shipping charges are noted on the item listing page so that a buyer can easily make a payment even if there are problems contacting you via Email. All Ebay users are required to have a working email address registered to their account at all times. A bid is a contract and by bidding on our item(s) you are agreeing to our stated purchase terms so PLEASE READ and understand them. We will be glad to answer any questions regarding our policies, just ask. Asking after the listing is over may be too late.
