We can not combine multiple auction shipments
and charges because our auction items are already allocated, packed,
listed, priced for individual shipment and don't always close at the
same time. Not combining shipments also protects us from "I didn't
receive it" scams. We DO however, offer considerable discounts to
our loyal customers.

ORDER
PROCESS |
Orders placed
after (1pm - AZ time) are processed the next business day ( + 1 day for
weekend and holiday orders). Payment authorizations take 2-3 days and the
transaction is approved when deposited to our bank account. Our
authorization process allows us to verify transaction legitimacy, and it
allows customers time to cancel or add to an order. |

offer no returns or
refunds or exchanges.
However, specific exceptional returns policies may be stated in each EBay listing's description.
Shipping and handling charges are

is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Damages after

with carrier within 14 days of receipt. If shipment arrives damaged,
please do not refuse it...your claim will happen faster if you accept the package
and initiate a claim with the carrier. |
