The Chase Authentics and "C" logo marks are registered trademarks owned by Chase Racewear, LLC, a subsidiary of Action Performance Companies, Inc.

Chase Racewear, LLC licenses companies to produce Motorsports related apparel and headwear utilizing the Chase Authentics label and "C" logo mark. Only approved licensees of Chase Racwear, LLC have the rights to utilize the above mentioned marks on Motorsports related apparel and headwear products.

Infringements

If your auction was ended by ebay, then the item you were attempting to sell incorporated one or more of the aforementioned registered trademarks and was not produced by an authorized licensee of Chase Racewear, LLC.
