At Danish Porcelain Online, we sell items from Scandinavian companies such as Royal Copenhagen, Bing & Grondahl, Georg Jensen, Bjorn Wiinblad, Rorstrand, Arabia, Porsgrund and Hummel plates. Payments, Shipping and Returns

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express only. All credit card payments are made over the telephone during business hours only. Our toll free number is 866-228-9374 (international calls please dial 001 417-624-1798). We are located in Missouri, Central Time Zone. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday. We are closed weekends and major US holidays.

Shipping cost is $8 for the first item and $4 for each additional item - unless otherwise stated in listing. Some items such as Flora Danica will be more expensive to ship. All international buyers are encouraged to email ebay@danishporcelain.com for shipping cost prior to buying any items.

Returns are accepted. Please email ebay@danishporcelain.com BEFORE returning any items. Most items will be exchanged for the same item; however, some items such as Flora Danica or Unique items will be refunded as they are one of a kind pieces. If you receive a broken item in the mail, a replacement piece will be sent to you at our expense. All other returned items will be at the buyers expense.
