Return Policies:
All orders
processed are usually shipped within 0-1 business day
(basically meaning non-holiday weekdays). We do offer a 14 day return policy for a full refund
on non-electronic or software items less shipping and eBay
listing fees (items shipped by us for free will have
the actual shipping fee we paid deducted) as long as the item is in brand new,
resalable condition meaning not opened or used. If an item
needs to be returned for any reason, an RGA (Returned
Goods Authorization) will be needed to be processed.
This must be done via E-Mail to
sales@citrustools.com before item is returned.
When requesting
an RGA we will need your original purchase date, eBay User
ID or web site invoice number, and first
and last name of the paying buyer to process your return claim as well as the reason
for the return. Once you have your RGA number, please repack
the item(s) for shipping securely and ship to
address which will be with your RGA marking the
authorization number on a note inside the box.
Terms on electronic items and
software are as follows. When an electronic item or software is opened
and/or used, it is not returnable as per manufacturers
policy. Please contact the manufacturer if you have
questions about this. We can not accept
items for return on these types of items once they are
opened unless the manufacturer agrees to it. If there is a problem with your electronic item or
software purchased, we will help you through the warranty
process all we can.
Manufacturers
Warranty Policy:
If the item(s)
you purchase are covered under a manufacturers warranty and
you need to make a claim the following will apply:
If
a warranty issue arises within the first 30 days of ownership,
we must be contacted immediately and we will cheerfully repair or replace the item as deemed
necessary under our agreements within the manufacturers policies
(certain items are not covered under this 30 day agreement) and
you will have to contact the manufacturer. If 30
days has passed and a manufacturers warranty is in effect, you
will need to contact the manufacturer for their policy for
making a warranty claim. We are always here to help if you are
not sure how to go about it and will assist you the best we can.
Also, please retain all info or invoices pertaining to your
purchase to aid in expediting a claim with the manufacturer should it become
necessary. Also something to remember when speaking with
manufacturers is NOT to tell them you purchased the item from
eBay. eBay does not sell anything. If the manufacturer asks
where purchased you must tell them Citrus Tools & Equipment or
High Seas Marine depending on what you purchased. Contact us if
you have questions about this and we can supply an additional legitimate
company receipt if necessary.
