Do you have material to sell, yet have no time to do this yourself ? , I am particularly looking for China as there is a huge interest in this area at the moment. But will sell anything that comes my way, large or small, also including Coins.
These are my terms and conditions for the selling service that I offer through Ebay.
The service I offer is a full listing service for Ebay. For this service I charge 27.5% of the final auction sale price for each item sold. This fee includes my Ebay and Paypal fees. At the end of the day, my final profit is only around 12% of sales, the rest goes to pay the fees, stationery, mileage to the post office etc. Also bear in mind that a regular auction house will charge upwards of 30% plus a fee for each lot and a fee for any unsold lots.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO NEW TAXATION RULES I WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE A 1099 FORM FOR ANY PEOPLE WHO SELL THROUGH ME.
I currently sell most of my material that I list for third party vendors, all of who are very happy with the results I achieve for them.
Some of the vendors will send me a couple of dozen lots per week to list. Some have sent me complete collections in one, two or more albums. Others have been known to bring their entire inventory to me to break down and sell over several months.
When I receive collections I usually break them down into sets, single stamps or sometimes year sets, small country lots. My lots can range in value from $50 catalog value per lot up to several hundred dollars catalog value. However, I always start my lots out at $9.90 ( unless there is a lot of value involved in which case I will usually go for around 10% catalog value as a starting point ). 95% of my lots will end at a good representation of the current market price.
If you are happy with my terms you can email me through the Ask Seller a Question link on the front page and I can give you my address details, telephone number etc.
Many thanks once again,
Mark.
Here are a few of the testimonies to the work that I do :
Mark Bardell asked me to supply a reference regarding my experience in working with him to dispose of my stamp collection. I contacted Mark earlier this year to have him auction material I no longer wanted. I have been very satisfied with the manner he goes about selling my U.S. and European colonial material. He works quickly; his descriptions are accurate; his scans reflect the material described; he provides a timely summary; and he has consistently mailed a check within days of selling my stamps.
I don't know what you are selling, but I'm sure Mark is more than up to the task.

I am ****** on ebay and have over 3,000 stamp purchases. I accumulate excess material --a lot of it-- and I have tried selling it myself as well as partnering with three previous sellers. One took forever to list the material, one only wanted to do expensive lots, and the third wanted only to do only expensive lots and would make unnecessarily denigrating comments about the material. You have to be careful about that on ebay, because if you say something is 1% bad, buyers assume it is 50% bad. Mark has to keep his buyers happy of course, and he does, but he strikes a good balance.
Mark Bardell is FAR AND AWAY the best seller I will ever hope to find. He knows his material, is completely honest, and has a GOOD SCANNER, which is worth his commission right there. I think I have done better paying Mark the commission than I did selling my material myself, if for no other reason than the quality of his scans. He is as careful in selling the inexpensive lots as he is the "easy" ones. In fact, he will occasionally divide lots I send him if there is a "gem" that will make a little more money listed by itself. My former secretary is selling her husband's stamps through him on my recommendation.
There are over 432,000 listings active on ebay right now in US stamps alone, and the good scanners and the "findable" listings win out over the competition. All you need are two bidders to do well, but you have to attract them to your material. They have to be able to find your listing when they do an ebay search, and they have to be able to SEE it on the scan. Or they will just move on to someone else's listing or make a low, halfhearted bid on yours. You will not do better than Mark.

Mark has been handling my material for several years now and never fails to make a good impression with his listings. He handles the less expensive material just with the same care as he does the more expensive / rare items and very rarely fails to achieve the highest prices possible. He appears to have a large overseas clientele who are willing to pay good prices for the material he offers. With good clear scans and concise titles with relevant search words he gets the material seen by as many people as possible. This in turn brings in the best prices possible. I highly recommend him to handle any size collection and have no problem putting word around other collectors should they be looking to dispose of their estates.
