We are a bonified licensed company with headquarters in central New Mexico, a branch in southern NM, and a branch in Arizona. We are liquidators of used, new and refurbished equipment. We also dabble in other items of interest become available to us. We have expanded into buying and selling of Discounted LAND and Real Estate and hope to be offering more of our land deals in upcoming auctions. Access to our Land Dealings is found below.

BONUS ITEMS: Some of our listings offer bonus items. Since the bonuses differ from each auction and we do not know which auctions have bonuses, to obtain your bonus, you must request it when ordering, or in the case of PayPal payments, in the comments section. Please specify what the bonus is. Failure to mention the bonus while ordering (NOT BEFORE OFFICIALLY ORDERING), may result in not getting the bonus with your item and having to pay additional shipping/handling to have us send it to you after the fact.
Concerning warranty of Bonus items. Bonus items are free and as such we do not warranty bonus items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be advised in advanced that due to heightened security around the world, causing customs delays, delivery of any item to an international destination can take 4 to 6 weeks by standard USPS airmail. We will normally ship within our normal 48 hours. If a faster delivery is desired, we recommend Express mail, usually only a few dollars more. Recent price increases imposed by the USPS will cause incredible shipping costs to international destinations especially for packages over 4 pounds in weight. Please be advised in advance!!!

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS: Due to limitations imposed by PayPal and Credit Card companies,greatly reducing the security of payment, ALL International Payments must be by secure means such as: Western Union Money Order, or Bank Wire transfers (International bank charges have risen to $37 on international wire transfers. Sorry, we must past the cost on to our customers).

If for any reason the need arrises where a previously placed order needs to be changed, adjusted, modified, or canceled, for best results you will need to call us on the phone. We do not always monitor our emails, especially at the end of the week. A cancellation or deletion of an existing order must be done by phone ASAP. Once we start working on an order, a 20% restocking fee is in effect. Once we ship the item(s), buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, both ways, as well as a 25% restocking fee.
