I am a private party selling at least five of the cars out of my personal Corvette and Muscle Car collection and while I am not a car dealer, where applicable, the terms of this transaction shall be in accordance with the Sales Information and Policies of my business. Since this is a private transaction, you will not be required to pay sales tax.
Inspection: This car is available for your inspection by appointment. Inspection is welcomed and encouraged. This car is located at my home in Monticello Illinois. (Halfway between Champaign and Decatur Illinois, 1 hour east of Springfield Illinois and 2 hours from Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis).
Delivery: Buyer is responsible for shipping of the vehicle or is welcome to come pick the car up locally from seller.
Financing/Credit Available: Interest Free Layaway terms available with 25% non-refundable deposit. Please see: Sales Information and Policies for terms.
Payment Terms: 10% non refundable deposit due within 3 days and balance to be paid within 7 days of close of sale or auction. The price does not include transportation but does include 5% discount for payment by cash, wire transfer, check, or money order.
Method of Payment: Cash (U.S. Currency), bank wire transfer, electronic check, travelers' check, money order, certified or cashiers' check drawn on any bank located in the USA. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards. Company & personal check drawn on any bank located in the USA accepted, but must allow extra time for clearance. All electronic check and credit card payments handled securely online through www.PayPal.com.
