We answer 99% of our emails in a timely and professional manner to the best of our abilities. Please use English in Emails although English is not our first language. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and that includes us. We accept the fact that things goes wrong such as packaging error, product defects, and/or lost packages and we are more than willing to work with buyers to resolve these problems if you email us politely. Patience and understanding from buyers is highly appreciated and we will provide the same in return. Emails from Rude Buyers will simply be sent to the back of the line.
Shipping Time
Please allow 7-14 working days from payment received for delivery. This means holidays will delay delivery time. Although we will like to, we do not have the power to force the post office to process and deliver during the weekends and holidays. Over 95% of packages are processed and mailed within 36 hours on working days (or the next working day on weekend and holidays) of payment received. From there, the post takes over and determines the time it takes for the package to get to you. Most packages are delivered within 7-10 working days for a total of within 14 working days.
Combine Shipping
We currently do not offer combine shipping discount. Combined package will depend on the size of items won. If you have won multiple items and will like items to be mailed in one package (if possible), simply send one Paypal payment for all the items.
Feedbacks
We believe that leaving feedbacks is voluntary. We will always leave feedback when buyers fulfill their end of the deal (paying for the item). We appreciate feedback in-return when you have received the item and are satisfied. Feedback is never mandatory nor a condition for getting proper services. For this, please do not threaten us with feedback for any reason. We will provide our buyers with appropriate services as we feel just.
Replacements
Replacement will be offered if defective product is received. Please note that there is a difference between a defective product and a buyer failing to learn how to use the product. No replacement will be granted on the second scenario. Replacement will also be offered for lost packages (with official confirmation from Post) if available.
Refund
Refund will be granted up to the greater of the closing price or 75% of total payment received with buyer paying for return postage for any and all reasons. No exception. Example: Closing Price: 8.49, S&H: 4.00, 75% of 12.49 = 9.37, Refund amount = $9.37 |
