 For the past five years, I have sold jewelry and other fine collectibles on eBay. As well as being a seller online, I also own a restaurant and gift shop in Southern Indiana (with a redesigned website coming soon). In past years, I have mainly sold fine Sterling Silver jewelry. This includes an extensive line of Celtic items, Poison rings, Pendants, and other fine collectibles. I will continue to offer these items, as well as others.
On occasion, I also feature other gifts and assorted collectibles. Recently, I have started offering hand-painted things, both on vintage pieces, and new items. I am specializing in the "Shabby Chic", romantic roses look, which is SO popular right now. However, in the future, I will be expanding on this look.
My husband, Don, and I have worked in hand-crafted wood items, featuring one-of-a-kind hand-painting, since the late 70's. At that time, we became very well known in our immediate area for our work, and we also sold many things with sales representatives on both the East and West coast.
After buying our current business, (Country Cottage Restaurant & Gift Shop, located in historic New Harmony, Indiana on the banks of the Wabash River) we have been too busy to continue with our woodwork. However, we now hope to "re-invent ourselves", with the current decorating look. We have won several awards for our items for its professional quality, and originality. My eBay Selling Information and Policies: 
Hello bidders!
This is some general information about things you should know about my merchandise, my auctions, payments, and general policy. Please read carefully, and if you still should have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I will be happy to give detailed answers.
Almost all of the jewelry that I sell is new. Every now and then, I do sell an older piece, but it is ALWAYS described as such in the auction. I try to give detailed information about each auction, but will happily answer any additional questions to the best of my knowledge. PLEASE ask questions DURING THE AUCTION, because I do NOT accept returns, except when an item might occasionally be damaged in shipping. This is the rare exception. I believe that I sell very nice high quality items at very reasonable prices, and I never misrepresent them in the description. I always strongly recommend insurance.
I try to be VERY flexible about payments. I realize that things do occur in people's lives that might cause delays, etc, so I will work with you in every way that I can, especially when I can tell that the buyer is sincerely trying to complete the auction. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks, as well as Paypal payments. If you are not currently using PayPal, I can send you a link to this very safe and desireable payment option. If you would like to use this, let me know, or if you would just like more information about it, I can also send that. If you have lots of good feedback, I NEVER hold up shipments for checks to clear, unless it is for an unusually large amount.
I am happy to ship jewelry to most places in the world, for the same amount as in the US. However, please note that the pieces cannot be insured and that risk is assumed by the buyer. Foreign payments must, however, be made in a way that is readily accepted by US banks. Other items can only be shipped to the United States. On larger items, I prefer to wait until the auction closes, and the buyer sends their shipping location. This way, the buyer never needs to spend more that the true amount of the most reasonable shipping and insurance.
Normally, items are shipped within 48 hrs of receiving payment. Delays can be prevented by being sure to supply all the necessary information with your payment. Please do NOT send checks with no explanation included. They should be accompanied by the auction number, the shipping address, and the buyer's eBay identity. This insures a speedy shipment.
