FEEDBACK:
A
transaction is complete once a buyer has received their item and has posted
feedback. This lets me know the item has been received, it was the correct item,
the buyer is happy, etc. If a seller leaves feedback first, all that is
really saying about the transaction is 'Gee, I'm glad to take your money'.
Once
feedback is left for us, we know that the customer is happy and we leave
feedback.

PAYMENT: Please
complete ebay's checkout procedure. This will give you all the payment options
you will need. If you select 'Other Credit Card Services', we will send you an
link so that you may make payment via our secure credit card processor. I also gladly accept money
orders, checks (held for clearing), e-checks, cash (at your own risk!), or we can even trade furs or beads like the
indians did (I'm kidding). Payment is due within 10 days of the auction's end,
with NO EXCEPTIONS. If
you cannot adhere to that, don't buy (or at least e-mail me to give me your sob
story). We do combine shipping where possible but ONLY (I repeat, ONLY) if
a single payment is sent. If you send 2 payments, you owe two shipping fees.
STOCK: I keep about
3,000 sheets of each of my products in stock at
any one time. This means that 99% of the time, your order will ship out
within 1-3 business days . On occasion there may be a few days delay if my shipment is
running late.

please check out my feedback. I have used all of these products myself, but I'm
biased, so read my feedback for the testimony of my customers. All of my
products are 100% Made in the USA.

Can I call you to place my order?
I wear all the hats in this company (inventory control, bookeeper, packager, etc.) and there just isn enough hours in the day to do everything I have to do to ensure orders go out in a timely manner and also answer phone calls. I ship out between 30 and 50 orders per day 6 days a week, answering phone questions just isn possible.
I am more than happy to answer any question you may have via email (with the exception of any question answered on this page). I have learned that an email response I can generate in less than 1 minute, while the average phone call lasts 15 to 20 minutes.
If you are nervous about putting your credit card information on the internet, please feel free to mail in a check or money order for your order. It much more dangerous to hand your credit card to some 18 year old working the cash register at a convenience store than to put it on a site like this that has digitally encrypted security surrounding credit card transactions.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship out within 1-3 business
days via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. I will make
that determination based on your location and the weight of the order.
Can the printable material be printed on my printer? I have a (insert printer model).
Answer: The inkjet printable material can be printed in *virtually* all inkjet printers, regardless of make or model. This material can NOT be printed in a laser printer, as it will damage the printer. They also cannot be used in a copier. If you use these products in your laser printer or copier you will void the warranty on your equipment. **WE ARE IN NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE RESULTING IF YOU CHOOSE TO IGNORE THIS. Please don email and say, have a _____ printer. Can this be used in it?I do not have every owners manual to every printer ever made. I have been selling these products for 3 years and have only come across one customer that said the magnet wouldn feed through his printer properly. Read the owners manual for your printer or look up the manufacturer online documentation for the specs on your printer. Emails sent to us with this question will either go unanswered or be directed to this page.
What the difference in the 20 mil and 30 mil Adhesive Business Cards?
The 30 mil business cards are a thicker material, more like the business cards you would purchase at the big office supply stores. The 20 mil business cards are perfect for people that want to include magnetic advertising in mailings, as they are lighter.
Is a thicker magnet a stronger magnet?
No. The magnetic properties of a magnet are not determined by the thickness of the magnet. The 30 mil magnet is no stronger than the 20 mil magnet.
How thick is a mil?
One sheet of copy paper is about 4 mils in thickness. Thus, a 20 mil magnet is about as thick as 5 pieces of copy paper stacked together. A 16 mil magnet is comparable to 4 pieces of copy paper stacked together.
Are the Adhesive Business Cards magnetically strong?
Each card will hold up several pieces of copy paper on the fridge.
