Look CAREFULLY at the images of the charms you buy BEFORE bidding or buying as many of the imitation companies are too inexperienced to know this.
Upside down charms are a sure sign of a poor quality product.

ASK YOUR SELLER IF THEY HAVE EVER HAD A SUSPENSION!
If a seller has been suspended for Ebay policy violations, they are one strike away from being kicked off again! This is not good for you the buyer. If the seller breaks any rules and are suspended or expelled from Ebay, you are out of luck as far as getting the items you have paid for! The seller has NO responsibility to get your item to you.

Check their previous sold items carefully and see if they have sold items that they did not have the rights to sell. If their history includes disney, celebrities , bands and other unliscenced charms and they are not selling any of those NOW, chances are they have been suspended in the past!

A. The majority of our listed charms will fit all of the standard sized charm bracelets including Zoppini, Unodomani, Mudd, Boxing, Nomination, UBERRY etc. They are 9mm links made of SURGICAL GRADE stainless steel (we guarantee NO LEAD or Nickel Content). We also carry 13mm as well as MEGA and SUPERLINKS. All Charms can Be upgraded to one of these sizes OR 18K Gold Edge upgrades are also always available!

Q. Why Are Some Of Your Auctions and Feedback Private?
A. We have done this to protect our bidders from other sellers out there who have been breaking the Ebay rules on Bidder interference. There is a particular seller contacting our customers and harassing them with unsolicited emails. With things kept private, you will be protected from this harassment. If you would like to see our feedback we will gladly disclose it to you upon request!

Q. Why Are There Other Sellers Out There Selling Similar Charms Cheaper?
A. Regardless of what these sellers may claim, sellers selling custom italian charms cheaply are selling just that, a CHEAP product. In a world where anyone can fabricate charms out of their homes, there are many sellers trying to get their piece of the Italian Charm Market. Please note that these sellers may or may not be selling base charms that contain Lead (which can be toxic to you) as well as Nickel. Even if they claim they are stainless steel, many of the cheaper, sub-standard charms on the market can in fact contain this toxic substance and can make you or your children very Ill.

These sellers also can be spotted by their blatant copyright infringements including stealing OUR text and images.

Q. Why Don't You Sell Disney, Nascar, Celebrity Photos & other name brand charms that others are selling?
A. We do not sell any images that we did not design ourselves or own the rights to use. We are a member of the VeRO Community and strive to maintain a standard of integrity, honesty and excellence. Please be warned, if you are buying a charm from a seller that they do not own the rights to, they may be VeRO'ed and this can result in a suspension of their account. If a seller is suspended and you have already sent your money, there is no measures in place to hold them liable to send your item. You may or may not get your charm and you could have no recourse.

A. We Make our charms IMMEDIATELY after recieving payment and all charms ship on the next business day after recieving payment!
