I thought you would be interested in knowing I am not new to Ebay.
I started selling a few years ago -- mystore4u -- I still sell with that id and I love it !!
I decided to open another seller account just for art. You have nothing to worry about -- I am an honest seller .
What is my experience ?? Well -- I am self taught and a " Do My Own Thing Artist " . I am painting with texture right now -- I think it makes the painting more interesting!! So don't be surprised if you see more texture in one painting than the other. I paint on cloth , paper , canvas and canvas board -- so if you would like to see something on another material, let me know !
What not to do while painting -- taking a picture at the same time -- so hard to do !!
How do I hang a canvas panel ?
Here are a few ways you may want to try !!
1--- You can find picture hanging kits in almost any store -- use glue to attach it to the back of the panel .
2--- Table top easels or plate hangers -- just protect the edge of the painting if you use something like this.
3--- Mirror hangers are an excellent way to hang a board -- also remember the edge of the painting -- you can glue a wood or other panel on the back of the board-- slightly larger than the painting -- then the hangers will be on that border -- you may paint the border any color or leave natural.
4--- Of course they can be framed -- buy and new frame or shop your local flea markets and yardsales for a used frame -- that's fun to do !!
NOTE: Canvas panels tend to warp -- so if you want to hang them as is -- you may want to attach 2 strips of something firm at the top and bottom so it will hold the shape a little better .
Use your imagination -- and have fun with it -- enjoy your artwork -- I do !!
