For additional product information and reviews, we encourage you to research online. Any system compatibility advisement we post in item listing title supplements/supercedes operating system information provided in item listing description. For example, for a PC software item, we
may show "Vista" in listing title but only "Windows 98/XP" in listing description. In such cases, the product was released pre-Vista and may not show Vista on it, but since product's release, the software publisher has tested and certified product as Vista compatible. |

How and when do

We ship United States Postal Service (USPS)
1st Class Mail, unless buyer has selected and paid for upgrade to Priority Mail. We do NOT ship Media Mail, even upon request -- no exceptions. We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday, except Holidays.
We ship within 2 business days of our receipt of full, cleared payment. Possible exceptions/delays:
- Buyer requests shipment to be temporarily held pending further advisement (e.g. to send item with other pending purchases)
- Open question regarding order or fulfillment. We will
email buyer if clarification or additional instruction is needed. For example: the
name/address associated with the payment does not match the name/address to whom package
is to be mailed.
- Ship-to address provided is not verified by Paypal.com
- Though all listed product is in-stock for ready fulfillment,
occasionally, there may be a 1 - 2 day delay if product needs to be transferred from our
other warehouse/storage facility.

Yes, we ship outside the USA. Prior to ordering, please review following shipping and service information, which differ from
domestic (within USA) order fulfillment and service support.
- We ship US Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class Mail worldwide to countries / regions where Paypal payment is available and to Paypal-provided mailing address only.
- Usual delivery period is 4 - 7 business days following shipment date. Actual delivery date could be delayed for undeterminable time period if shipment is held by destination country Customs. Buyer / addressee is responsible for any Customs import fees which may be levied.
- Delivery tracking and insurance are not available with default shipping method. If shipment is lost or damaged in transit, seller is NOT responsible for any refund, replacement or other consideration to buyer, unless buyer pays for Global Express International Mail service, which costs typically 3 - 5 times our default 1st Class rate.
- Seller does NOT provide any technical support if product does not work. We will accept product return, however buyer is responsible for return shipping expense. See Returns / Refunds / Credits section for full / partial refund eligibility information.

| Why doesn't software install? [TOP] |
While there is always rare possibility of a disk being defective, in most all cases, inability to install software is found attributable to operating system incompatibility or conflict with loaded memory resident program (e.g. anti-virus), system setting, or hardware driver. Customers have reported identifying/fixing problem with one or more of the following:
- If software auto-install does not start upon inserting disk into CD/DVD drive, attempt to launch manually by browsing disk directory for a "setup", "install", "autoplay" or like executable file, and then clicking filename
- If software appears to start installing (automatically or manually) but then stops/fails, temporarily disable active program(s)/utilities and re-attempt installation (Note: prior to temporarily disabling anti-virus, it is best practice to scan all media/disks first)
- Skip past any prompted hardware tests. For example, if program asks if you want to test sound and video, do not choose and instead move/skip to next step
- Check CD/DVD disk for any blemishes / scratches
- Attempt software installation on a different computer, preferably one which does not have memory resident programs loaded/running and which has default system settings
- Browse software publisher support website for possible known issue(s)
- Search Internet for possible similar issue(s) experienced by others

| We understand that an unexpected extenuating circumstance may make it is necessary for a buyer to renege on your obligation. If auction listing is still open, please review and follow eBay guidelines and procedures for retracting your bid.
If auction listing has closed or you have placed Buy Now order, as a seller, we are obligated to complete transaction and we have already been charged Final Value Fee by eBay. Upon buyer request, we will close order and submit reimbursement claim with eBay, who may take action on buyer account (at their discretion and beyond seller control) in accordance with eBay's non-paying buyer policies. |

Buyer responsible for product return packaging and postage. Return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days of original delivery date (per tracking record).
Seller will refund or replace/exchange after seller receives and inspects returned product, which must be complete (with all contents originally included)
and undamaged (unless otherwise agreed). No return or exchange if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging (if applicable).
