WHAT IS A SAMPLE PRODUCT

Every year Mgf. Reps buy sample products to show their accounts what will be available for sale during the upcoming season.  These sample products are displayed at Trade shows, and shown to account managers at their stores.  All sample products are delivered to the Reps new.  Very few of the products are actually demo'd for sales purposes, however some are.  We price all sample products accordingly.  For example, if a snowboard is actually used by a rep or store people it will be discounted much more that a snowboard that is simply shown to store employees.  Each product is described in depth, so please read the description of the product carefully.  Some Sample products have- "sample-not for resale" on the tag.  This only means that they cannot be sold as new products.  It does not apply to our method of selling the product.  D2G

Shipping and Insurance Policy

Due to the recent increase with USPS International shipping and the changes in our Package Insurance.  The following Policy will be in effect until further notice:

Insurance Costs-  (All sales)

$0-$99=                        International  2.00         US and Canada:  1.00

$100-$199=                  International  3.00         US and Canada:  2.00

$200-$249=                  International   4.00        US and Canada:   3.00

Our insurance company will not insure to the following countries, therefore, ALL ORDERS TO THESE COUNTRIES MUST BE SHIPPED USPS PRIORITY OR USPS EXPRESS:

We can not file an insurance claim until 21 days after shipment (US) and 45 days after shipment (International).  The claim process usually takes about two weeks. 

Because of our insurance policies- all insurance claims must first file an NON-Receipt Dispute with PayPal and with their Local Postal Service.  Also, we will send you a Non-Receipt CLAIM FORM which you will have to complete and MAIL BACK TO US.   

IMPORTANT:  All International Packages shipped first class have a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION # (starts with LJ) not a tracking #.  This number is scanned at delivery only, not enroute.  If your package arrives during the processing of the claim please let us know immeidately.  It is against the law to report a false claim.

Shipping:

1. All items will be shipped within 2 business days of verified payment. 
2. US= All items over 13 oz have to be shipped Priority Shipping according to USPS regulations.  All International packages over 4 lbs. have to be shipped Priority Shipping according to USPS regulations. 
3. We reserve the right to ship Domestic Packages UPS or Fedex without notice. 

 WE CANNOT SHIP SNOWBOARDS TO RUSSA OR AUSTRALIA BECAUSE OF USPS SIZE RESTRICTIONS

TRACKING: 

TRACKING INFO WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS REGISTERED WITH PAYPAL. 

INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS SHIPPING .  International First Class, does not have Tracking, it is scanned for Delivery Confirmation only.  This # (beginning with LJ) is scanned on Delivery only.  WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO FIRST CLASS TRACKING INFORMATION.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR IT.  WE DON’T HAVE IT.

DELIVERY TIMES: 

PRIORITY:  US/CANADA- 3-10 DAYS, 

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY:  12-18  DAYS

FIRST CLASS:  US/CANADA:  5-15 DAYS

INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS:  15-45 DAYS

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS UNTIL AFTER 30 DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE.  WE DON’T KNOW.  AFTER 30 DAYS WE WILL START THE CLAIM PROCESS.  IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE ALL WE CAN DO IS REFUND YOU AND WE CAN NOT DO THAT UNTIL WE FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM.

CLAIMS

If your item does not arrive within 45 days after shipping date, we will begin the claim pricess.  We cannot file a claim with our insurance co. until 45 after shipping date (21 DAYS FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS).  The claim process takes about two weeks and the buyer is required to fill out a claim form and MAIL IT BACK TO US stating the product has not arrived.  Buyer is subject to penalities and fines if they file a false claim.  

RULES

1. If there is any difference between the shipping address and paypal account, verification will be required.
2. If there are any problems with a purchase please contact us before leaving feedback. We pride ourselves on your satisfaction and feedback.
3. We screen for credit card fraud
4. We CANNOT label any package as "Gift" due to customs regulations.
5. We CANNOT lower our declared value due to our insurance policy.
6. Some country's have importing/border fees for packages that we have no control over.  Please research your country's importing laws and fees before purchasing.  OUR SHIPPING COSTS DO NOT include importing/border fees (Tax).  These are seperate charges that we have nothing to do with.
7. We reserve the right to open an unpaid dispute if the item is not paid for within a week (7 days) of purchasing.  Item must be paid for within 7 days.

8. Money orders must include ebay #, name of customer, item name, and the address item will be shipped to.  This ensures quick shipment.

9. All questions & concerns will be addressed within 24 hours of when they are received.
10. We are OPEN Monday thru Friday.  Questions and concerns received on Saturday and Sunday will be addressed the following Monday. We are closed on all major US holidays.

Return Policy: 

 We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase date for purchase price refund (less shipping) for any reason.  Returned items MUST include a copy of original invoice. Items that are Faulty or are not as listed can be returned anytime within 45 days of purchase.  Listings that contain a mistake by us, either in the listing or photos, will receive a full refund.  Returns can take 4-7 days to process after we receive the item back.
