Every effort will be made by us to keep ebay a friendly, positive, 5 star experience for everyone! Communication, Shipping, etc During an auction, please ask questions before bidding! Every effort will be made to respond promptly. We will expect to hear from you, the buyer, within 1 day of an auction's close. Ebay invoices will be sent out promptly. We will only accept Paypal as payment for our auctions, unless prior arrangements have been requested and approved regarding a money order.  Under no circumstances can we accept a personal check.  Payment should be made within 3 days of the auction's close, and payment MUST be made within 4 days, or we will begin the non-paying bidder alert process. Shipping amounts will be available in each auction for our bidders, using the shipping calculator. We will combine shipping on multiple purchases! Returns will be accepted only if we have misrepresented an item.  If you need a refund for an item damaged during shipping, just send us a photo via e-mail, & a refund of the purchase price may be refunded.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs should an item need to be returned.
