Our Guarantee

We strive to provide you with the highest possible level of quality, honesty, and customer service.  If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with then WE are not satisfied.  As long as we are notified within 14 days, we will replace any new item you purchase.  If we do not have any more of that item in stock, then we will gladly issue you a refund.  Your happiness is our primary concern and we will do ALL we can to make you happy.

Shipping and Handling

Many of the items we sell are delicate and therefore require special handling.  We guarantee our items and in order to effectively do so, all fragile items will be professionally double boxed and insured.  (These charges are already included in our shipping charges).

The inventory on some of the items we sell can fluctuate on a daily basis.  On rare occasions, we may unforseeably run out of an item before the auction ends.  If this is the case, you have one of two options available to you.

1.  If the item is out of stock, we will simply mail you the item as soon as its available.  (This would typically take 1 to 2 weeks).

2.  You can be issued a refund immediately without hassle.

This is a problem that very rarely occurs.  But if and when it does, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we will work hard to rectify the situation.

At Adtida's Amazing Bargains, we try our best to bring you the best deals possible on all of our merchandise.  As an extra incentive, we offer greatly reduced shipping costs on additional items you purchase.  You will save $5.00 on shipping for each additional item!
