Feedback
We leave feedback automatically and immediately upon payment if you buy something from us. Please be courteous and contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback or if you can't honestly give us a 5-star rating on everything; we would do the same for you. Give us a chance to make things right if you're not delighted with us or our offerings. Chances are whatever you're unhappy about is simply an oversight or a mistake on our part - nobody's perfect even if you might think we are from our feedback. :-)
Returns
We hope you never need to return anything you buy from us, but if you do, please call us first at (801)489-0605. We accept returns for exchange on all defective items within 7 days of receipt unless the listing specifies "AS IS." We accept returns within 15 days for a refund on anything that is sealed and unopened.
Shipping and Handling (S&H)
We will almost always get your order out the same day we receive it if we get it by noon MST, and almost always within 24 hours with the exception of holidays and Sundays. We use USPS and live near a Regional Mail Center with late hours, so we've found that most buyers are very happy with our delivery times.We make every effort to keep the costs in line with the true cost to us of making sure the product gets to you as quickly as possible, shipped with the combination of delivery time and cost that we'd choose for ourselves.
