Return Policy - 100% Customer Satisfaction Return Policy

· No returns/exchanges permitted after 10 days from delivery.
· All returns/exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.
· Returns/exchanges require prior approval as well as an RA number.
· Returns made without a RA Number will not be accepted.
· Returned items must be in as-received condition in same packaging.
· All returns are subject to incoming inspection prior to any credit.
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
· We cannot refund original shipping charges
· Please allow up to 2 weeks from return of the item for credit


Deals4TwoWheels will not be held responsible for improper purchases due to lack of research from the Buyer. Please check with your local dealer for appropriate model/year fit if buying for an application other than what is specified in the auction listing. Damage/Lost Claims - All shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt and reported to Deals4TwoWheels within 2 days after delivery. Defective/damaged goods not attributed to shipping must be reported to Deals4TwoWheels with 7 days of delivery. Shipping damage or lost in transit claims/re-shipments will not be processed until the insurance claim is approved by the Carrier.

Shipping:

Most items are shipped UPS Ground unless noted otherwise in the auction description. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a current street address at check-out.

Careful attention is given to inventory position before listing to assure items are in stock & ready for immediate shipment (see our feedback - we pride ourselves on fast shipping!). In rare instances, due to inventory fluxuation, an item may be on backorder. In such instances we will communicate the expected delivery dates to the Buyer. The Buyer has the choice to cancel the order for a full refund, or leave the item on backorder. Most backordered items are shipped within 7-10 days.


NOTE: ANY FLAT RATE SHIPPING RATES QUOTED ON EBAY ARE FOR THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. International and Alaska/Hawaii orders will incur additional shipping charges. If shipping rates for your location are not stated in the Auction listing or in our FAQ’s, please email us for a quote prior to bidding (see below for details).


International & Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico shipments - Most International & Alaska/Hawaii/PR orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. NOTE: The Buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees assessed by Customs and/or the Carrier. Items typically clear Customs quicker if your phone number is provided. Combined Rates - We offer discounted shipping rates for multi-item purchases! Feel free to shop for additional items. We will send you an invoice combining all of your purchases and reflecting the discounted shipping costs once you complete the auctions. This applies DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ONLY. All items must be shipped to the same address for any discounts to apply.

If you plan on buying more than one item, please do so before making payment. After payment is made, we are unable to add any additional item(s) to your invoice or shipment or apply the discounted shipping rates.
