We opened my retail brick & mortar store in the summer of 1995 offering consumer electronics/entertainment products to the people of New York. My online eBay business started in April of 2000 and I have been serving eBay customers ever since. Currently I sell mainly consumer entertainment products such as Games and DVD's on eBay, in the future I will expand my eBay business to offer more consumer electronics. When you purchase an item from me, know that you are buying from established and long-standing seller that has both an online and offline presence.

- I won your auction, how do I pay for the the item?
You can pay for your item via Paypal or via Money Order/Cashier's Check.
I recommend paying for your item via Paypal. (Paypal is an eBay company). If you are paying via Paypal, just click on the Pay Now/Continue button located at the top of your auction webpage and follow the onscreen instructions. If you are a first time buyer - have a credit card, debit card, or bank account number in hand. I will confirm your Paypal payment and send a shipping notification to you. Please allow 12 hours after your payment for your confirmation/shipping notification email .
If you paying via Money Order/Cashier's Check, I will send you a Confirmation E-mail containing my payment information/address within 12 hours after the close of the auction. Please follow the payment instructions in my confirmation when mailing your payment to me. If you mailing your item to me via USPS First Class (37 cent stamp), please allow 3-7 days for delivery. When I receive your payment, I will email you to confirm your payment and tell you when I will ship your item. Always save the receipt of your Money Order/Cashier's Check.

- I have not received any emails from you? Why?
1) Please make sure you have a valid and current e-mail contact address with eBay . I cannot contact you if your eBay email address is invalid or out-of date.
2) Make sure your spam filter accepts AOL emails or accepts emails with the word "eBay" in subject title/body.
3) Check your spam folder, sometimes my emails will be directed to your spam folder
4) If you haven't receive any emails from me after 24 hours, resend your email again. Sometimes email servers get overloaded, emails do get marked as spam/undeliverable, technical "hiccups" may happen or I may have simply sent your email to a wrong address.

- How can I contact you about my eBay item/order/status?
All online eBay contact is through email only. Unfortunately we do not have phone customer service to handle online orders/inquiries. Please do not contact my brick & mortar retail store regarding eBay online orders as they both use different sale systems and will not have any information about your online order.
Please send E-Mail to coreypez@aol.com with the eBay item number of the item you are inquirying about. All E-Mail's are answered within 24 hours during Monday-Friday, and 48 hours during Saturday-Sunday.

- Is this item NEW? PRE-PLAYED? USED? What condition is the item in?
We sell both new and pre-played/used items. Read the Auction Title/Description for more information.
NEW ITEMS
If an item is new, it will state so in the auction title and description. A new item is brand new and factory sealed, direct from the manufacturer. If an item new, it has never been used or opened.
USED/PRE-PLAYED ITEMS
If the auction title/description does not say an item is new, then assume the item has been used. For further information about the condition about an item, please read the auction description. Pre-played/used videogames/DVD's discs/case/manuals may or may not have tiny marks/scratches/stickers on them, however All used videogames/DVD's are all in Guaranteed Working Condition. If an item does not work, please contact me : coreypez@aol.com with the eBay item number of the item you are inquirying about.

- How can I return or exchange an item?
1) New Software/Videogames/DVD's are not refundable or exchangable if the item is opened (packaging/skrinkwrap has been removed). Unopened Software/Videogames/DVD's may be returned within 7 days after receiving the item for a refund of the purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refundable for new items.
2) Pre-Played/Used Software/Videogames/DVD's are only refundable or exchangable if the item is defective. Pre-Played/Used Software/Videogames/DVD's may be returned or exchanged within 10 days after receiving the item for a refund of the purchase price if the item is defective. Shipping & Handling charges may be refundable for used defective items.
3) For other items not covered above, please contact me for further information.

- How will you ship my item and how long will it take for it to be delivered?
I ship the same or next day after I receive your payment. My shipment carrier of choice is USPS, however for expensive or large items, I will use FedEx or UPS. All shipments include tracking (delivery confirmation) free of charge. Typically most Videogames/Software/DVD's are shipped via USPS at the mail class at my discretion and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after payment. Books/Magazines and other media are shipped USPS Media Mail and will arrive 5-10 business days. For other items, please read the auction description for delivery times.
If you have not received the item(s) within 2 weeks after shipment, please contact me ASAP.

- How much will the Shipping And Handling Charge be?
The Shipping & Handling charge is stated upfront at the top of every auction. There is no hidden S&H charges like so many other sellers do. Remember you should only bid on an auction if you can promptly pay for the item + the S&H charge.

- Do you combine the Shipping & Handling Charge on multiple purchases?
Absolutely, I combine S&H charge on multiple purchases. For most software/videogames/DVD's, the S&H charge for each additional item is $1.50. For items that are not software/videogames/DVD, please contact me for a specific S&H charges.
Example :
Buy 2 VideoGames And 1 PC Game And 1 DVD
S&H Charge = Highest S&H charge out of the 4 items + $4.50 ($1.50 x 3)
Buy 6 VideoGames
S&H Charge = Highest S&H Charge out of the 6 items + $7.50 ($1.50 x 5)

- If I buy this item, will you ship outside of the US? Canada?
All of my items are US-only auctions. However I will make exceptions depending on the eBay buyer and ship outside of the US. I will most likely ship outside the US if the eBayer has high feedback and is located Canada. If you really want an item and are outside the US, please send E-Mail to coreypez@aol.com with the eBay item number of the item you are inquirying about.

- Can I go to your store in NY and pickup my item? Can I return the item to your store in NY?
Unfortunately, the answer to the question currently is "no". My eBay online store and my retail store in NY are two separate entities and have two separate point-of-sale systems. If you purchase an item on eBay and try to pick it up from my retail store, they will no record of the sale. In the future, I plan to integrate the two systems but for now the answer is "no".

- Computer Software - PC - MAC - Games - CD Keys
Some US software - in particular most PC Games released within the last few years - require CD-Keys in order to use the product. Some software require online registration of CD-Keys to use the software. I only sell US software, not imports.
1) If an item is new, you will receive a brand new item direct from the manufacturer with unused and unregistered CD-Key.
2) If an item is used, it will be in guaranteed working condition and a CD-Key will be included if it is necessary.
