Newall Antiques & Collectibles started in 2003 with a trip to a nearby Antique Mall. We found the Carnival Glass quite attractive and purchased a few lower priced pieces. Thus begun our interest in Fenton Art Glass. We educated ourselves by purchasing several Fenton books, including the entire sets by John Walk, James Measell and William Heacock. Gradually as we became more confident in Carnival Glass collecting, we began to purchase higher end pieces: the Peacock plates, Northwood & Millersburg Glass.

After about a year of collecting, we began to realize that there was great value in the contemporary Fenton Art Glass. Though we were 100 years too late for great prices on Carnival Glass, we could come in at the beginning of the fine Fenton pieces being produced in the 21st Century! We established a Dealership with Fenton Art Glass in 2004.

Shortly after, we additionally became dealers for Mosser Art Glass and L. E. Smith Glass. We are especially attracted to the iridescent pieces produced by both firms. L. E. Smith Glass is nearly as old as Fenton Art Glass, which celebrated 100 years in 2005. L. E. Smith Glass is in its' 98th year! In this era of globalization, it is refreshing to find companies of this age still producing beautiful glass in the U.S.

At the same time our collection of Glass grew to an excess of 1,000 pieces, we furthered our interest in the collection of Dolls. We have purchased an inventory of more than 100 Chatty family dolls for the purpose of restoration. We have also established ourselves as dealers for the new Terri Lee Doll and Ashton Drake Dolls. The Ashton Drake Dolls are particularly lovely with their real life quality. Both the Terri Lee and Ashton Drake Dolls are already highly collectible in the secondary market.

We hope you enjoy our Glass & Doll products. They were purchased with a love for both Glass & Dolls. We hope to share some of this with our valued customers! Please write with any questions you may have on our products. We are able to supply any of the current line produced by Fenton, Mosser, L. E. Smith, Terri Lee and Ashton Drake. So if you don't find the item you are looking for in our store, let us know as we may be able to special order it for you at no additional cost.

Finally, we strive to provide our customers and prospective customers with the highest level of customer service. Certainly we are not perfect, so let us know if we have inadvertently dropped the ball. We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours. All our items are inspected before shipment, carefully and securely wrapped (particular with respect to glass), and packaged with lots of bubble wrap or peanuts. Whenever possible, we try to recycle shipping supplies to help the environment -- without sacrificing the security of the package itself. All items are shipped insured with tracking ability. If there is any problem with your shipment, please let us know immediately and we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. We will not rest until our customer is satisfied!

2008 Update: The "we" referred to above included myself and my husband, David. In March 2007, David passed away from a rare Cancer at age 54. I will continue carrying on this Store in honor of my beloved husband.
