1. How much do you charge for shipping?

All of our listings on eBay use the Shipping Calculator. However, eBay has done us all a favor by hiding it on a tab near the top of the description section, making this our #1 FAQ. Once you find it, just enter your US ZIP or Country, and the quantity, and your shipping options will be displayed.

eBay only allows 3 slots for shipping methods, so we usually have 1 USPS method, 1 UPS Ground, and 1 UPS 2nd Day method chosen. If you need a different service, please use our website where all shipping options from each carrier are available - www.debnroo.com

2. How much do you charge for COMBINED shipping of TWO DIFFERENT items?

Believe it or not, it is impossible for either the buyer or seller to predict the combined rate prior the buyer making a purchase commitment because eBay still doesn't have a real shopping cart. Because eBay has a wacky algorithm (geektalk for mathematical formula) for combined orders, we cannot give you a quote prior to your purchase commitment by using tools on other websites where we do business - it would always be wrong.

In the vast majority of cases, you can trust that you are being charged a fair amount for 2 items. For 3 items, it is usually pretty good as well. After that, it really depends on the items.

Here is what we CAN do if you don't trust eBay's amount, or you are buying 3 or more items. You can make your purchase commitement on eBay, and then before sending payment, request a revised invoice. We will have a human being look over the order, and then send an invoice for a verified amount. Please allow up to 24 hours for a revised invoice. If you disagree with the amount, we can always cancel the transaction, which will not reflect negatively on your buyer account. Canceling requires confirming via a form on eBay that allows us to get our fees back, and for you to avoid an unpaid item strike on your account.

3. Why can't I get an International quote from the shipping calculator on eBay?

Assuming you have found the shipping calculator, and you have correctly put in your country, if there are no rates for the item, there are two possible reasons:

A. The item is too large to ship to your country. There is a 79" limit to some countries, which is a measurement of the girth plus the length. Affected countries: Australia, Brazil, Hungary, Israel, Jamaica, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, Venezuela.

B. The item ships directly from a manufacturer that we work with, and they refuse to ship outside of the US. WE HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THIS. You can now request that we have the item shipped to our Colorado warehouse for forwarding to your country. This will add approximately 1 week to the time-in-transit, and there will be two shipping costs included (unless the US leg of the journey is advertised as "free shipping"). It's not perfect, but if you can't get a brand in your country because no one else will ship there, this will open the door for you.

Just email us for a quote, or request a revised invoice after you have made your purchase commitment.

4. Do you offer Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or any other US Territory?

USPS First Class Mail - YES! The item must weigh less than 13 ounces as packed for shipping.

USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground - NO! If we have a listing that offers Free Shipping and it weighs over 13 ounces, it is ONLY to the Lower 48 US States. Yes, we understand you are part of the United States, but contrary to the imagination of some of our buyers, the rate is not always the same.

If you send us a mean or argumentative email on the subject, we will refund your payment and no further response will be sent. This is not negotiable.

5. Will you give me Free Shipping?

OK, we get it. eBay has beat it into everyone's head that "free shipping" is the greatest thing since sliced bread. It's not. It's a gimmick that eBay is forcing on eBay sellers because eBay wants to be Amazon.com. Free shipping doesn't mean anything is free. It just means the cost of shipping is rolled into the price of the item so you see a flat amount.

If we are charging a shipping amount, then we are not going to give you free shipping. We can't. UPS and USPS still charge us for shipping, and these ultra low prices you demand on eBay don't allow us to include shipping too!

6. Why do I see Free Shipping on one listing, and then you are charging for shipping for the same item on another listing?

Again with the free shipping. So, because eBay's Best Match "finding experience" (aka "search" elsewhere on the internet) favors "free shipping", we have to use this gimmick so that you will find our listings. Otherwise, we get buried on page 8 of the search results due to their algorithm. That, and the free shipping fanatics (you know who you are) pretty much demand it these days.

But, here is the thing - "Free Shipping" isn't always in your best interest. Really.

A. If you are buying more than one item, and the shipping cost is rolled into the price, then you are effectively paying for the full shipping on both items. If you buy more than two items, it is even worse. Trust us, many Internet retailers openly LAUGH AT BUYERS who don't think it through. They love it when buyers flock like moths to a flame for "free shipping" listings because they make more profit. OK, we don't exactly mind, but we are not laughing at you - we just are being forced by eBay (and Amazon, to a lesser extent) to use this passing fad to attract you. And, we at least have the courage to tell you openly that free shipping is neither free nor always in your best interest.

B. If the item is large, "free shipping" means that everyone in the United States is paying the same rate, and the cost is NOT the same to all places. That means that if the item is shipping from California, and you live in New York, you are getting a great deal. Guess who subsidizes that great deal? All the people from Nevada to Missouri who are OVERPAYING compared to a listing that charge a reasonable price plus a fair shipping amount to their exact location.

So, what are you supposed to do? Well, the best thing to do is look at both listings and see which TOTAL PRICE works best for you. If you are closer to the warehouse we are shipping the item from, then you are better off with the listing with the shipping calculator. If you are way far away, then the "free shipping" listing might save you a buck or two. It's your choice, so choose wisely.

6. Is the item brand new? With instructions? In the original box?

All items we sell on our debnroo ID on eBay are brand new, sourced directly from the manufacturer. If there is an instruction booklet, it is included. Whatever you would expect in a regular retail store - it's all in there.

7. Why did you send me the item in a plain box instead of the glossy retail box?

A few of the items we sell are packed in what are called "shipper boxes" by the manufacturer instead of the normal retail box you would get at the store. This doesn't mean we took it out of the retail box to defraud you. It only means that the manufacturer knows that it is a waste of resources to pack the item in a double-box, and they are environmentally concious enough to make special packaging for Internet retailers. If you are giving the item as a gift, and this is a concern, please ask first. Sometimes we have both types of packaging available, or we have an alternate dropship source that can ship the glossy retail box to you.

8. Do you actually have the item physically in your warehouse?

Our warehouse in Colorado has many of the items we sell, but we do use dropship services from manufacturers and distributors for some items. In some cases, if our warehouse is currently out of stock, we will use dropship services as a backup source to make sure there is no delay fulfilling your order.

Dropshipping, contrary to popular belief, isn't a dirty word. In fact, it is a GREEN word. It makes little sense for an item manufactured in China to be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse on the East Coast, out to us in Colorado, and then back to a buyer in New York. It makes far more sense to reduce the carbon footprint of the product's route from the factory to your door by keeping it at the manufacturer until you have ordered it to be shipped to you.

9. Can I pick up the item to avoid shipping charges?

In our Colorado warehouse, yes. We will send instructions after you send payment. You will need to request a revised Invoice from eBay so we can delete the shipping charges. Sales Tax for Colorado will be due.

If it is in any other warehouse, it depends on their rules. Many of them do, some do not. And, a couple charge a will-call fee, so please do not be dismayed. Sales Tax for your State will be due.

It's hard to believe, but 10 years ago, Deb and Andy had this idea to start selling collectibles on eBay to help Andy's Dad learn how to sell stuff from his Antique Store on eBay. Little did they know that it would eventually lead to a full-time business that would expand on eBay and beyond eBay.

DEBNROO ATTEND EBAY LIVE

Andy attended eBay Live for just one day this year to support PeSA's Educational Pavillion and encourage eBay sellers who have not yet embraced multi-channel eCommerce to do so in face of dwindling demand on eBay. It is obviousl that eBay has not yet found a solution to the exodus of demand to other sites, and it is crucial for sellers to set up shop elsewhere in the meantime.

PeSA has tremendous resources, and the value of interacting with other successful sellers to learn how to successfully manage this new ecommerce enviroronment is priceless. So, the offer to join PeSA for just $1 for 90 days was more than a bargain - it was a steal.

DEBNROO RELAUNCH DEBNROO.COM

As many eBay members are aware, the days of a retailer being an "eBay Business" have long since passed. When you go to eBay events, managers and executives alike repeat the mantra that eBay should just be a part of a retail business' spectrum of sales channels. Heck, they will even help you expand and promote your business off eBay. It is a far cry from the days when eBay would punish sellers for taking business elsewhere.

In 2005, we moved our website to eBay's ProStores in order to provide our buyers with a portal for doing business directly with us, using our eBay catalog as the backbone of content. While the tools, pricing, and support were all a good match for us at that time, we have simply outgrown the platform.

We are re-launching our website in April, and it will serve as a hub for our buyer experience. Initially, functionality will be limited to offering our complete catalog of products. But, soon it will also be a place where buyers can track their orders, process their own returns, and do many other things not possible on the old platform.

It will also facilitate International buyers for the first time, give us the ability to create logical and functional promotions and merchandising programs, and facilitate other payments systems from Google and Amazon. We aim to enhance the experience for all of our buyers, both on and off eBay. And, we appreciate your input as we build out our new site.

DEBNROO ATTEND EBAY ECOMMERCE FORUM
WASHINGTON, D.C.

We were invited, once again, to the eBay eCommerce Forum in Washington, DC, along with 225 other top eBay Sellers. The annual conference usually gathers top sellers to interact with eBay managers and executives to collaborate on ecommerce issues, but this year was unique. Besides the normal agenda, this was actually an introduction of the new executives who are sweeping into their positions in 2008.

While input is always welcomed, the dramatic changes made to eBay's business model in 2008 created an opportunity to gather sellers in what is essentially a 3-day focus group. Emotions were definitely running high at the event, but it was a very productive and pleasant event overall.

While we disagree with many of the decisions eBay has made this time around, there was a distinct difference in tone regarding how the executives and managers approached this event. While they always listen, it seemed that all were aware that no matter what, they would have to correct their course later in 2008. So, the input given by attendees was crucial to begin planning for those course corrections.

The bottom line is that while we have very real concerns about the effects of changes that have been announced, we do see a different attitude from eBay people, and a recognition that major changes need to be made to the site. We continue to work with eBay to provide a better experience for all eBay members, and appreciate any input you send to us.

DEBNROO MOVE TO NEW HOME/OFFICE

After 7 years in the house that we grew this business from our garage, we have moved to a new house (just 3 blocks away) that better serves our personal and business needs. DEBNROO GO TO SAN FRANCISCO, SANTA ROSA, AND HEALDSBURG, CA

We were invited to a wedding for for our friends Mike & Elizabeth near Santa Rosa on 7/16/06. Since July 17 is our wedding anniversary, we decided to make our first trip to Wine Country to celebrate both events.

First, we vistited our friends Darren and Dax who just moved to San Francisco. Darren just took a marketing position with Esurance , which was a perfect fit. Both Darren and Dax are avid comic book collectors, and the current Esurance advertising campaign is based on comicbook-like characters. So, it was a perfect fit.

We visited their house in the Castro neighborhood, and went out for dinner at the famous Cliff House restaurant. It was a beautiful sunset dinner overlooking the ocean. See pictures HERE.

July 1-10, 2006

DEBNROO GO TO CHICAGO

We attended the wedding of a friend at Holy Name Cathedral on July 1, and decided to make a 10-day trip to visit family and friends in the Chicago Area. The wedding was amazingly beautiful, and the receiption (held at the Hyatt Regency) was extravagant, to say the least.

We also managed to get tickets (thanks to Jim & Kathy Mowery) to the famed Cubs-Sox game on July 2. For those who don't know, Andy grew up on the North Side and is a Sox Fan, and Deb was born on the South Side (grew up in Naperville), and is a Cubs Fan. With 28 runs scored in the game, there was plenty of excitement.

On July 6, we celebrated Andy's 39th Birthday in Milwaukee at SummerFest. We saw Ratdog and The String Cheese Incident at the Marcus Amphitheater. It was a wonderful show, and if you want to listen, you can download it HERE.

The rest of the week was spent having family parties at both the Mowery's and Misevich's. Overall, a great roadtrip to Chicago.

DEBNROO ATTEND EBAY LIVE IN LAS VEGAS

We attended eBay Live in Las Vegas, NV June 13-15, 2006. It was an exciting event, and Andy helped out our friends at Prosper.com in their booth. Andy's Parents, Jim & Kathy Mowery (penndutchman1) were also there for the event.

The event drew over 15,000 people to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and you literally could not see or do it all in the 3 days provided. There were seminars, forums, and many many booths from service providers for the industry.

As usual, Andy stood up and asked many questions of eBay Executives and Managers at the event, and pressed for answers and solutions to issues that sellers confront daily. Many eBay employees reached out, and gave us the impression that they were willing to not only listen, but act on our suggestions.

The night life was obviously exciting, and we enjoyed great food and a little gaming. The week was capped off with the PeSA Poker Challenge raising money for a Charity in New Orleans.

Roo consulted Prosper CEO Chris Larsen on the walk over to the tournament (he had never played before), and Chris ended up making it to the final table. Poker Pros offered guidance, and the whole event was filled with fun and laughter. Jim Mowery (Andy's Dad) even won a smaller game that followed the main event.

MAR. 3, 2006

DEBNROO EXPAND WAREHOUSE TO 3000 SQFT.

Thanks to a timely loan from Prosper.com, we have been able to acquire and additional 1500 square feet of warehouse space in our industrial warehouse park, and will now have a total of 3000 square feet.

The new space becomes available to us April 1, and along with new 9ft high shelving we have installed in the warehouse, we will now be able to expand our product offerings extensively. Look for more items on our site soon!

FOUNDING GROUP LEADERS

Deb and Andy have become Founding Group Leaders at Prosper.com - a new person-to-person lending site. Members of the site can Lend or Borrow funds up to $25,000, and the Group concept allows members of groups to get lower interest rates than individual members.

We are very enthusiastic about this site. It provides a safe environment for borrowing and lending, it gives entrepenuers very quick and easy access to unsecured micro-loans without paperwork and headaches, it gives borrowers with credit issues and/or no credit the ability to borrow funds, and it also creates an environment for socially responsible activities.

We believe in the model so strongly, that we took out one of the first loans (#64 on the site, ever) on the site to grow our business in 2006. Meg's Presentation

Deb and Andy were one of a select group of about 350 eBay Top Sellers to be invited to San Jose, CA to participate in eBay's eCommerce Forum. It was an all-expenses trip (you don't get those often from eBay!), and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The forum consisted of many seminar and round table discussions on a wide variety of topics related to eBay and eCommerce in general. In addition, there was ample time to meet with many executives and managers from eBay to talk about topics that affect our business, as well as the eBay community. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity.

As well as having access to all of the people at eBay, it was great to see all of our fellow Professional eBay Sellers. It is amazing how open and sharing our fellow sellers are, and how willing they are to share their experiences, best practices, and technical knowledge. The value of getting together, face-to-face, with other eBay members is something that you have to experience to understand.

There were plenty of PESA (Professional eBay Seller Alliance) members in attendance, and it was great to see familiar faces from that group.

We also appreciated the open town-hall discussion attended by eBay's top Executives including Bill Cobb (President, eBay North America) and Meg Whitman (CEO). The frank and open discussion on many topics was obviously appreciated by many.

We even got to talk with Meg about her new purchase of the Skyline Guest Ranch in Telluride, CO. It is just a few miles from where we started our business, and where we hope to spend much more time in the future.

JUL. 25-31, 2005 ROO GOES TO ALASKA

Andy (Roo), went with his parents and sister to Anchorage and Girdwood, Alaska, for the last week of July. They travelled to Seward, Portage, and Talketna, taking both boat and train tours.

Internet connectivity was somewhat of a challenge, but you would be amazed at how many high-speed connections now reach the edges of civilization.

JUL. 15, 2005 DEBNROO OFFER FREE GMAIL INVITATIONS

We began using Gmail in April, 2005, and have found that it is the best email system we have ever used. Not only does it handle the tidal wave of spam/spoof emails we receive daily, but it's searchability makes sorting and filing a thing of the past.

We think that everyone should consider Gmail to replace their current email system, especially if you are an eBay Seller.

JUL. 1, 2005 DEBNROO OPEN NEW WAREHOUSE!

Well, after starting out our business in a 600sqft Condo in Telluride, CO, we moved to Ft. Collins to expand our business. When our house and garage could no longer hold all of our stuff, we moved it all to a subcontractor's location in Berthoud, CO.

Now, as our business heads into it's 6th year, we have moved to an even larger warehouse, back in Ft. Collins. Our new location is at 1413 E. Olive Court, Unit D. With both office space and warehouse space, it should give us room to grow for another year or so. Our plans after that include building our own facility!

With the new location also comes some other changes - WE CAN NOW ACCEPT PICK-UPS AGAIN!


JUN. 18-21, 2005 DEBNROO AT TELLURIDE BLUEGRASS

We went to the Telluride Bluegrass Festival again this year, and had a great time.

The weather was simply beautiful the whole weekend, and we enjoyed keeping up with our eBay business AT the festival with the FREE Wireless Internet Access provided by Planet Bluegrass. Nothing like answering emails from your tarp at the festival.

We got to see lots of our old friends who have lived, or still live in Telluride. This town is nuts, our kind of place. Whenever we go, we never want to leave. See pics of our adventure by CLICKING HERE. OR HERE


May 1-8, 2005 DEBNROO IN MEXICO

Our friends, Jen and Steve got married in Akumal, QR Mexico, and we spent a week in Playa del Carmen and Akumal for the festivities.

Of course, running an eBay business from the road is a challenge. But, trying to keep up while out of the U.S., and on literally the edge of Internet Connectivity required some creativity and resourcefulness, to say the least.

The first 5 days of the trip, we stayed at The Blue Parrot, in Playa del Carmen, which not only had amazing accomodations and views, but a solid DSL Internet connection. It not only allowed us to answer emails and process orders back at our warehouse, but we were able to keep up with phone communications using Skype

We took over 1100 pictures of the trip, including day trips to Cozumel and Xel-Ha. To get to Cozumel we took a ferry, and we did a scooter tour of the island. At Xel-Ha we swam with dolphins!

APR 9, 2005 DEBNROO IN CHICAGO

On a trip to Chicago to see our favorite band, Widespread Panic, play at the Chicago Theater, we also managed to get a front-row view of John Bell (guitar, vocals for WsP) singing the National Anthem at Wrigley Field for a Cubs game. But what about those non-techno savvy eBay users who have goods to sell? Or those who don't have the time or interest needed to run an auction?

That's where eBay trading assistants come in, said Andy Mowery, who has been selling items on eBay since 1999, including many on consignment. Mowery has been featured in the New York Times, as well as the book "eBay PowerSeller Secrets: Insider Tips from eBay's Most Successful Sellers," for which he also served as a consultant.

Trading assistants are companies or individuals who sell items on eBay on a consignment basis for people who, for whatever reason, can't do it themselves. These reasons, Mowery said, include lack of technical skills and knowledge, lack of time or just plain laziness.

"What I've observed is that you have a great number of people who have woken up to the opportunity (of eBay) but don't have the depth of knowledge of eBay," he said. "You have to have a call to action (to sell on eBay). You've got something valuable, but you have a reason for not selling it on eBay."

Hosts, Jules Asner, Cynthia Garret, Kimora Lee Simmons, & Lynn Koplitz interview Deb and Andy in a show aired on April 11, 2005 and August 25, 2005.

After the New York Times article appeared, we received a call from one of the Producer's Assistants at Sony Pictures TV to make an appearance on the show. It was on short notice, and it was in November (our 2nd busiest month), but we did not hesitate to accept the offer.

It was Deb and Andy's 2nd trips EVER to New York City. Deb had been there in 1996 for a wedding, and Andy was there for an afternoon on business in 1998. Needless to say, with just 48 hours in the Big Apple, we had no time to waste as tourists.

What was amazing is our ability to stay in contact with our customers using our Wireless Dell Inspiron 5150 Laptops from the Mansfield Hotel. We managed to ship all orders on Friday, Nov. 19th and Monday Nov. 22nd without a hitch. Thanks to all those who wished us well in email responses while we were there.

After the show, we managed to get some famous NY Style Pizza, get some pictures of Times Square, take a carriage ride around Central Park, have dinner at O'Grady's on 46th, see the Abba-based musical Mama Mia, and catch a band called Frequinox at B.B. King's.

In the tradition of the "City That Never Sleeps", we did our best to stay awake for our entire trip to New York City.

Deb and I met in 1987 in college, and by 1997, we had left Corporate America in frustration. By 1999, we had chosen self-employment as our path to freedom. 5. INSURANCE: Insurance Terms

Insurance Claims:

  • If your item is lost or damaged, refunds will NOT be given prior to payment on the claim by USPS
  • A claim MUST be filed with USPS as soon as possible. If damaged, you can file immediately. If lost, you must wait until 30 days after shipment.
  • A LOST shipment requires a written statement from the buyer confirming the item was not delivered. An ORIGINAL signature is required.
  • USPS will not pay a claim on a lost item for at least 30 days, and up to 45 days.
  • Our refund will not exceed the USPS payment on a claim.

Uninsured Claims:

  • Shipments sent uninsured via USPS cannot be refunded for any reason. Buyer takes full responsibility for damage and/or loss.
  • If shipment is not received within 30 days, we will file a document with USPS to have your shipment traced. Traced shipments receive one report, only after an additional 30 days. Many are found, but tracing is not a guarantee of recovery of a lost or delayed shipment.

International Claims

  • Shipments to International destinations cannot be traced and claims cannot be filed until 60 days after shipment.
  • Due to new US security measures, shipments of certain items may be delayed in Customs, and may arrive significantly after the standard delivery period quoted by USPS. We cannot provide refunds, additional shipments, or any other relief until the USPS process has been exhausted.
  • When possible, we will use Endicia Insurance, which will allow for expedited claim process outside of USPS
  • Shipments sent via Global Express Mail and have tracking will have an expedited process for handling lost or damaged packages. If you do not choose this method, you must wait for the USPS process to complete.

6. ORDER PROCESSING: Payment Processing and Shipment Processing Details

  • We process payments Monday through Friday, except on Holidays.

TYPICAL CONSUMER PRODUCT PARCEL PACKAGING

For most other items, we use corrugated cardboard boxes to ship items. The boxes are normally similar to the size of the item, however in certain circumstances, we may choose to double-box the item. Fragile items are packed with newspaper, bubble-wrap, or eco-peanuts, whichever is appropriate.

Some larger consumer products* are shipped in their original packaging, and the shipping label is affixed directly to the packaging. If this presents any issues (if it is a gift, for instance), we do have additional packaging options available. Please add $5.00 per package if you need to protect the manufacturer's packaging.

Shipments to outside of the U.S.

We gladly ship around the world. Most items can be shipped, but there are several countries with size restrictions making it impossible to ship certain items. If you cannot obtain a rate through the shipping calculator, this is most likely the reason.

Shipments to Puerto Rico

Shipments to Puerto Rico are not included in ANY offer on eBay that says "free shipping". Shipping to PR is available via USPS services for some items, but may not be possible at all if the warehouse we are using does not use USPS. Some items may be shipped via UPS, but again this depends on the specific warehouse for the item being purchased. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

If you decide the product you have purchased is not for you or your pet, please contact within 30 days of the date of purchase (date you sent payment), and we will give you Return Merchandise Authorization. You can obtain your RMA through our automated system in our Returns Center. We need to do this so that our warehouse knows what to do with the return when it comes back. Help us handle these efficiently, and we can keep our costs low for all of our buyers!

Unopened or Unused

Unopened and unused items may be returned for a full refund. Return shipping cost is the responsiblity of the buyer (must be shipped back via a trackable method, UPS Ground preferred). Buyer must contact us prior to return shipping for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

Damaged or Missing Parts

If there is damage to the product or missing accessories a restocking fee (no more than 25%) may be applied. A restocking fee is rare, but if the item has been used in a way that has left marks, or there are parts missing (including original packing materials), we cannot resell the item for it's full value. The best way to avoid these fees is to keep all original boxes and packing materials, and return the item the way it was shipped to you.

DOA - Dead On Arrival

Please understand that, from time to time, a defect occurs at the factory, and that we can't tell when one of these will be shipped. Call or email us, and we will schedule a replacement as quickly as possible. Please make sure to keep all accessories and packing materials, including the retail box we ship in. We will email a return shipping label immediately, and your replacement will be shipped to you once we have confirmation that the defective item is on the way back to us.

EXCEPTION: Automatic Litter Box Policy

Unfortunately, our return policy on Automatic Litter Boxes from Littermaid is unique and more restrictive. We cannot accept USED litter boxes at our warehouse UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

If the unit you have received is not powering up, the rake will not move, or the rake will not stop cycling, you must first contact the manufacturer at 1-800-738-0245 for troubleshooting. This is an anti-fraud measure, and there are no exceptions - we will not accept any returns for defects without the manufacturer verifying the defect first. If the unit is determined to be defective, you have two options:

A. You can follow the manufacturer's instructions for getting a replacment directly from them. It requires sending in small parts (differs depending on the model), and a copy of your receipt via US Mail. They will then send out a replacement to you.

We will reimburse you for any expenses. They are guaranteed to always be in stock on the model you purchased. This is the best and most efficient way to handle your defect.

B. You can ship the same parts to our warehouse, but you must include on a full 8-1/2 x 11" sheet of paper the customer number given to you by the manufacturer, the employee name and employee number of the person you spoke with, and your RMA# from our site. Please use our automated Returns Center to obtain your RMA#. Your envelope to us must include the RMA# in order to have your return processed quickly.

If we are out of stock on the model you have purchased, you must either wait for it to come back in stock, or we can send a subsitute model with your approval.

We understand that some buyers prefer to work with the party that they bought the unit, but this policy is necessary due to concerns with buyers who have attempted to fraudulently obtain a free unit by abusing returns policies.

WARRANTY SERVICE

We do understand that the item you have purchased from us may have a defect that was not noticed, or did not develop until shortly after you began using the product. Each product we offer is fully backed by the manufacturers we represent, and we will assist you as much as possible in getting Warranty Service from the manufacturer. However, we do not provide parts, repair, or replacement directly under any circumstances.

All Warranty Service issues are handled directly by the manufacturer, including any manufacturer defects.
