Thanks for stopping by! We are farmers in South West Missouri. We collect Vinegar items: Speas, O.L. Gregory, Wallace Gregory, Friedman & Keiler & Monarch.
My 3rd cousin John Wesley Speas, (after working his way up thru the ranks) & along with E.L. Martin, & Patrick Walsh, bought Monarch Vinegar Works in 1888, soon thereafter he renamed it Speas Manufacturing Company.
In 1929 Speas merged with O.L. Gregory, another prominent vinegar manufacturer & they together produced Vinegar for many years. John W. Speas' son Victor was the last Speas associated with Speas Vinegar & he passed away in the early 70s. My cousin Teddy Speas & I are currently writing a book on Speas & associates of distilling! Stay tuned for updates!!! NOTICE: THE BOOK IS ON HOLD DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM BATTLING CANCER... PLEASE KEEP US IN YOUR PRAYERS...

The great old bottles, jugs, pitchers, barrels & various advertising memoribilia that they used are now highly desirable collectibles. Look below to see pictures of my own ever growing collection.
We sell extras of the great collectible Vinegar items we find:
When we find duplicates of the items we collect, we often list them here on eBay. Take a look at our auctions to find a variety of Collectibles.
